She should have been in jail right after "Whitewater" and "Cattle Futures". And if not then, then right after "FBI-gate" or "Vince Foster-gate"
No one who has held a security clearance, at least not with the military, could actually believe this. Perhaps the State Department is different, but we were all taught exactly what could and would happen if we mishandled classified material. I'd guess that many of us personally knew someone who went to a court martial over merely mishandling classified material. I knew a pair of Navy Radiomen who . . . (It's true, but I don't have to finish that statement for most Navy people, you know how it ends and probably saw it happen too).
I'm still appalled that Comey had the nerve to pretend Hillary's felonies could be ignored. I have handled material at that level, and she should have known without a doubt that the messages she was sending on an unclassified system were TS/SCI - that was unambiguous. Intent is not required for the crime. Comey's July 5, 2016, statement clarified the fact that she was guilty. The media swept it under the rug compared to the coverage that either reckless or willful mishandling of TS/SCI material deserved.
In trouble? Not so far.

Let's see. She broke the law, exposed classified info, deleted emails she was supposed to retain, lied about it all, and was only exonerated by Comey because to indict her would implicate Obama - yet the coverage was over the top? If anything, it was way understated.
Whenever anyone in the future complains about not getting their way, it’ll be called “pulling a Hillary”.

Of course we know how she would have performed. The laws would have been warped to make everyone act like queers, as Obunga had already started; and she’d have sold out the nation piece-by-piece, just like she was doing as SOS.

She really had it tough. They fed her debate questions, they loaded the town halls with sick puppy followers, they soft balled questions on 90% of the talk shows and they spent billions making movies and TV programs that glorified a female president.
