Last time around (He was carpetbagging in another district in the other end of the state and I think it was his fifth or sixth failed attempt to be elected to something aside from Mayor of a small town), you said "If you loses this one, that's it"

Are you backing off from that statement?

Well, he’s persistent. Look at the lady from American Samoa. Took a dozen tries to finally get into Congress. She then got the highest reelect % for a Delegate in the history of the territory last year.

I’ll look at a potential candidate and ask, “Are they really costing us in running ?” If the answer is “no”, I’m not going to get worked up over it. He’s not causing any real damage. If the voters in the 5th think he’s too much a perennial gadfly, he won’t go anywhere in the primary.
