A van jumped a curb and hit at least three people near Penn Station, police said. They are not yet saying whether it was an accident or done on purpose...happened ten minutes ago. Breaking all over NY stations.

That’s a very busy area, and an obvious place for a terrorist attack. Lots of police cars, fire trucks, and road blocks. But given the terrorist record, that’s not surprising. It may have been an accident. We’ll see.
