The Left, Not Trump, Is Destroying America

Football used to the one of the few things that could unite all Americans.

This week, every Tom, Dick, Harry and Ann Coulter most likely will be writing about the rapid demise of the NFL and how the coddled Black Lives Matter acolytes infecting the league have aggressively ratcheted up their hatred of America.

Last season’s ridiculous antics started by the Human Muppet/former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick (who, no doubt, will be “pity hired” by one of the cuckolded team owners any day now), have this season trickled down to even Pee Wee Football leagues.

The “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot”/“Amerikkka is racist” meme is a dangerous lie perpetrated by these fake First Amendment brain trusts. They’re “taking a knee” to protest … hmmm … cops? Whitey? Decency? Our military? Nobody is really sure anymore.

But NOTHING has rallied conservatives and normal people more than what the left is attempting to do to our flag and national heritage.

The biggest takeaway from the #TakeTheKnee spectacle by pampered athletes who are now attempting to kill their golden goose — many of whom escaped poverty (in Democrat-run inner cities) BECAUSE of football — is that the left will do anything to destroy America.

And as is also always the case, the left uses the cudgel of racism and race-hustling to scare normal people into silence and capitulation.

Now, by “normal people” I don’t mean “white people,” so please take a seat, leftists. By normal people, I mean people who love and revere America’s founding and the opportunity it has provided to hundreds of millions since its inception.

No other country on earth was founded like America — with the principles of self-governance, belief in the free market, Judeo-Christian values, and equality before the law.

The Left decided nationalism was why Hillary lost. It stands in the way of their globalist agenda.

So what did they do? Attacked ‘statues’ as a way of destroying our respect of history. Washington, Jefferson? Those are evil white racists. Tear down their statues and be ashamed of your history.

Your flag? Your anthem? All symbols of oppression.

They equate patriotism or nationalism with “white nationalism” or racism.

Goal is to get people to bow down to globalism. Bend the knee to open borders and the destruction of the United States.

All these sideshows are just symptoms of the real disease: globalism.

Liberals spoil everything they get involved in. They ruined football.

Now they want to back off with insincere gestures like standing rather than kneeling. It won’t work.

These willing but unwitting half-literate, low-info tools of the Globalists are having a great time showing whitey how much disdain they hold for America, the US constitution and “white” culture.

But in doing so the fools are dangerously close to upsetting the very political system, economic system, culture and business that enabled them to become filthy rich playing a game for part of a year rather than spending their lives working full time at a man’s job.

Remember the Aesop’s Fable about the fool who killed the goose that gave him golden eggs.

The players and all of us need to be reminded of the words of the Author of our Declaration of Independence and President of the U. S., Thomas Jefferson, in his 1801 Inaugural Address who laid out what might be considered to be an appropriate description of the philosophy and role of an American presidency:
(Excerpt, "Our Ageless Constitution," p. xiv, reformatted)
"Let us, then, with courage and confidence pursue our own Federal and Republican principles, our attachment to union and representative government. Kindly separated by nature and a wide ocean from the exterminating havoc of one quarter of the globe; too high-minded to endure the degradations of the others; possessing a chosen country, with room enough for our descendants to the thousandth and thousandth generation;

- entertaining a due sense of our equal right to the use of our own faculties, to the acquisitions of our own industry, to honor and confidence from our fellow-citizens, resulting not from birth, but from our actions and their sense of them;

- enlightened by a benign religion, professed, indeed, and practiced in various forms, yet all of them inculcating honesty, truth, temperance, gratitude, and the love of man;

- acknowledging and adoring an overruling Providence, which by all its dispensations proves that it delights in the happiness of man here and his greater happiness hereafter

—with all these blessings, what more is necessary to make us a happy and a prosperous people?

- Still one thing more, fellow-citizens—a wise and frugal Government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned.

- This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities.

"About to enter, fellow-citizens, on the exercise of duties which comprehend everything dear and valuable to you,

- it is proper you should understand what I deem the essential principles of our Government, and consequently those which ought to shape its Administration. I will compress them within the narrowest compass they will bear, stating the general principle, but not all its limitations.

- Equal and exact justice to all men, of whatever state or persuasion, religious or political;

- peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none;

- the support of the State governments in all their rights, as the most competent administrations for our domestic concerns and the surest bulwarks against antirepublican tendencies;

- the preservation of the General Government in its whole constitutional vigor, as the sheet anchor of our peace at home and safety abroad;

- a jealous care of the right of election by the people—a mild and safe corrective of abuses which are lopped by the sword of revolution where peaceable remedies are unprovided;

- absolute acquiescence in the decisions of the majority, the vital principle of republics, from which is no appeal but to force, the vital principle and immediate parent of despotism;

- a well disciplined militia, our best reliance in peace and for the first moments of war, till regulars may relieve them;

- the supremacy of the civil over the military authority;

- economy in the public expense, that labor may be lightly burthened;

- the honest payment of our debts and sacred preservation of the public faith;

- encouragement of agriculture, and of commerce as its handmaid;

- the diffusion of information and arraignment of all abuses at the bar of the public reason;

- freedom of religion; freedom of the press, and freedom of person under the protection of the habeas corpus, and trial by juries impartially selected.

These principles form the bright constellation which has gone before us and guided our steps through an age of revolution and reformation. The wisdom of our sages and blood of our heroes have been devoted to their attainment. They should be the creed of our political faith, the text of civic instruction, the touchstone by which to try the services of those we trust; and should we wander from them in moments of error or of alarm, let us hasten to retrace our steps and to regain the road which alone leads to peace, liberty, and safety."

Further, if Hillary Clinton and her Progressive political elitist friends like Michelle continue to categorize and criticize "baskets" of "deplorable," but knowledgeable and well-informed, citizens who oppose her coercive ideology, then she and her counterparts might consider the words of the man known as "the father of the Constitution" which defines and limits their role in serving "the People," whom Justice Story called "the only KEEPERS of the Constitution:

Excerpt:
Excerpt "Because we hold it for a fundamental and undeniable truth, “that Religion or the duty which we owe to our Creator and the Manner of discharging it, can be directed only by reason and conviction, not by force or violence.”

"The Religion then of every man must be left to the conviction and conscience of every man; and it is the right of every man to exercise it as these may dictate. This right is in its nature an unalienable right. It is unalienable; because the opinions of men, depending only on the evidence contemplated by their own minds, cannot follow the dictates of other men: It is unalienable also; because what is here a right towards men, is a duty towards the Creator. It is the duty of every man to render to the Creator such homage, and such only, as he believes to be acceptable to him. This duty is precedent both in order of time and degree of obligation, to the claims of Civil Society. Before any man can be considered as a member of Civil Society, he must be considered as a subject of the Governor of the Universe: And if a member of Civil Society, who enters into any subordinate Association, must always do it with a reservation of his duty to the general authority; much more must every man who becomes a member of any particular Civil Society, do it with a saving of his allegiance to the Universal Sovereign. We maintain therefore that in matters of Religion, no man’s right is abridged by the institution of Civil Society, and that Religion is wholly exempt from its cognizance." - James Madison

Is there anywhere a clearer statement of the underlying principle of the U. S. Constitution's provisions and protections for "the People's" rights and liberties?

The very foundation of the Founders' Declaration of Independence from a "government-over-people" rule to one of a people's recognition of "overruling Providence" and "people-over-government" liberty was summarized in Jefferson's, "The God who gave us life, gave us liberty at the same time: the hand of force may destroy, but cannot disjoin them."

In our generation, have we not see that "hand of force" "destroy(ing)" liberty, at the same time as its Progressive ideological zealots refuse to recognize or discuss Madison's "Creator," "the Governor of the Universe," and "Universal Sovereign," or Jefferson's "the God who gave us life," but utilizes that "hand of force" to deny public discourse to include those descriptions in its "politically-correct" discourse or teaching of the youth of America?
