A “Flex Lane” for buses? I used to drive almost the full length of the Tri-State every day, and drive it several days a week now, and I don’t don’t recall ever seeing many buses on it, not even Greyhounds.
Same here. Just the prison buses delivering hired help and the occasional field trip buses to the museaums.
