Spoke to Roy Moore of Alabama last night for the first time. Sounds like a really great guy who ran a fantastic race. He will help to #MAGA!

And so it begins again. This man is awesome.

Another Freeper pointed out this morning that President Trump has already deleted all of his Twitter posts about Luther Strange. LMAO.

I heard him interviewed on the radio and he sounded well grounded in his interest in making the govt work for the people.

Definately interested in putting Ditch’s feet to the fire.

Trump! A President who brings me more laughter than all the others combined. Cracks me up! “I don’t care who you are, that there is funny!”

He hadn’t spoken to Moore before this...?

He endorsed the other guy without even speaking to Moore?!

Bannon: “If Moore Wins, ‘Real Review’ Needed Find How Trump Got Bad Info, Came Down on Wrong Side”

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3589498/posts

Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon told Sean Hannity on Monday evening that if grassroots conservative candidate Roy Moore defeats D.C. establishment Senator Luther Strange on Tuesday, a “real review has to be done of how President Donald Trump got the wrong information and came down on the wrong side of the football here.”

Bannon blasted the D.C. establishment and their preferred consultants like Karl Rove, Ward Baker, and Steven Law for having run the “cruelest, nastiest ads” that he has ever seen to “destroy Judge Moore” and his family to give “ammunition to Democrats later on if Judge Moore wins tomorrow.”

“This is the same thing they did with Donald Trump,” Bannon said, referring to the $30 million the establishment has spent to smear Moore. “The same gang that’s going after Roy Moore is the same gang that went after Donald Trump.”

The D.C. Swamp reportedly gave Trump a lot of “happy talk” and persuaded him to campaign for Strange because they fear that a Moore win will inspire other grassroots candidates to challenge, in Sarah Palin’s words, Swamp creatures “in their own states.”

FWIW, I don’t buy it. The one thing I am sure of is that Trump is NOT an idiot. I’m put in mind of that Rumsfeld quote about unknown unknowns. Which, I guess, is a good reason to put your faith in principles rather than people.

I believe it - Trump would have looked really bad if he dumped on Strange who had been supportive to date. McConnell loses, and the rest of us, including Trump, win.

Now is not the time to stop giving to Judge Moore, this is a temporary win. Clinton’s lap uber Liberal Doug Jones is in the wings for Dec.

Regrets? In Alabama Senate race, Trump had a few

The day before the vote, the president told conservative activists he expected Strange to lose his primary to Bannon-backed ex-judge Roy Moore.

And this time he’s opponent is not a squishy Republican. It’s much worse. His opponent is Doug Jones, an ultra-liberal zealot best known as one of the most liberal members of Bill Clinton’s Justice Department under Janet Reno. I cannot tell you how important your continued financial support will be.

By supporting strange Luther Trump showed he is willing to deal with satan to get the job done. I have no illusions that he did not really know the difference between Roy Moore and the GOPe candidate. I’m sure he is very glad this is over.

I’ll take a guess at the point, but beware. I have not had my coffee yet. The point may be that Trump is telling the establishment that he didn’t have to endorse Moore. Moore won because the people are sick and tired of do nothing, establishment politicians.

Flip flopped! Alabama remembers your coming out against their candidate
Why do I have the Strange feeling trump n the GOP are going to make certain he isn’t elected. After all trump said he supported corruptocrat strange because Moore isn’t electable.

Trump knows who Moore is. He has likely talked to him before, but could not officially say so because he made his deal with Mitch to toss him this sop for his lackey. The Alabama seat was safe either way, so it was an easy give.

He did his promised support for McTurttle’s candidate, and promptly erased from his Twitter the crap he had to post for the guy, and now posts a cheeky message on Twitter saying that he spoke to Moore for the first time (likely as the official senate candidate *likely Senator*), and that he is a really great guy.

He didn’t just find that out 12 hours ago. LOL. And Moore has never said an unkind word about Trump the whole time. Obviously showing that he had no reason to think Trump really was trying to win for Strange. It was so much of a set-up that a number of us called it weeks ago.
