To: Trump Girl Kit Cat

It’s a very poor system, but if these programs are turned over to the states, won’t they be forced to deal with budget overruns?

Am I understanding accurately.

Doesn’t this give block grants, and then leave the state to deal with it if they spend more than the total of the block grants?

Basically that is what I thought, it means STATES must create that healthcare in state budgets....Medicaid has been a give away, and the governors will have to reel it in! Not happy about that.
