Unfortunately, she is right on this one.

Fortunately, she has no power.

She seems to have forgotten that little item.

Of course her audience is stupider than she is, so they don’t know................

She IS right on this one. Impeachment is a political process, not a legal proceeding.

Morally, according to the intended interpretation of the Constitution by the writers, she is wrong.

Procedurally, and functionally, she is so right.

Unfortunately, [Maxine Waters] is right on this one.

Yes, Maxine's "right"—fortunately—in that impeachment is a political act. And in advocating for it, she's destroying her own party.

Let Maxine Waters keep being "right". You know where it will get her and her pathetic party? Electoral oblivion. The Democrats will be relegated to minority status—at both the federal and state levels—for decades to come.

Maxine Waters and her ilk are going to find out that the People are more "right" than she is.

As long as she is the face of the Democrat "opposition", the GOP will be in control of the majority in the government...

Not at all correct. She may have inadvertently stumbled into a factoid, but Mad Max isn’t”right” about anything.

Yep..."high crimes and misdemeanors" is intentionally vague and open-ended.

Interesting entry for the historical meaning, background in English law, usage, and current use of "High Crimes and Misdemeanours" at Wiki.

Unfortunately for her, Congress can’t manage a lemonade stand.

“Unfortunately, she is right on this one.”

She is 100% correct. Congress can impeach and convict for any reason they damn well please.

The ONLY criteria is whether there are sufficient votes.
