The world knows that Clapper lied before Congress UNDER OATH about illegal surveillance.

One of the last things that Obama did was say that all these "spy/legal" government entities could share information.

So all we need is the one person who knew "from the beginning".

Besides, ignorance is no defense when it comes to the law. He knew, and was complicit in it all.
