Bang list BUMP!
Legally interesting, but that would mean a YUGE rise in world demand.
At least in the short run that would translate into HIGHER prices for US private customers.
Oh great. Just what the world needs, more of that weenie azz .223 stuff..........
Confused over timing of this.
American Brand up 18%? It took another dive today. It did not go up.
Tuesday evening was the time to sell.
So, when is he going to seriously push national Reciprocity Reciprocity?
That sure changes the moral arc of the universe.
The last president just had the ATF secretly smuggle arms
to drug cartels in Mexico and Honduras and terrorists in Syria.
Now it’s going to be open legal trade by private companies.
HIGHER???
Not my first impression.
I’m usually wrong on things like this.
You are unfortunately correct.
To this all I can say is “light em up, boys”
This will drive the Goebbelsmedia nuts.
Congress has to do SOMETHING.
You might recall that President Clinton shifted the approval of military sales from the DOD to the Commerce department, as if Commerce had a better handle on national security than the DOD. This was while Clinton was selling secrets to the Chinese.
Do I remember China Gate? The intentional shift of oversight allowing Ron Brown to OK selling ICBM guidance systems and MIRV warhead technology to the ChiComs in return for some measly $200k or so in illegal campaign contributions? Thus allowing China to leapfrog 20-30 years ahead in their nuclear missile program endangering the lives of every man, woman and child in the U.S.?
I don’t recall that.
Not sure what to make of this, but I trust the president.
I accept my chastisement.
I wasn’t chastising you. Not even a little.
I was being obsequiously sarcastic but not at your expense.
Slick Willie can bear that shame all by himself.
“in the short run that would translate into HIGHER prices for US private customers”
But economies of scale would occur. Once things stabilize, it should result in more options and better value.
I bought it at $24 before the election. I have taken quite a beating.
Whatever happened to the Russian .223 ammo that went for 21 cents a pop?
More exports could mean more moozlems killing each other. Can’t have that.
