Maybe the threat of her challenging the results is the last straw for Trump and Sessions. Maybe it will motivate them to DO SOMETHING to begin prosecution of all of her crimes. If they continue to allow her to roam the earth spouting her crap and whining endlessly she could create a royal mess for Trump.

The 12th Amendment provides the legal path. The electoral votes were counted before a joint session of Congress. Trump received a majority of the electoral votes for President, Pence received a majority of the electoral votes for Vice President. That made Trump the President and Pence the Vice President. End of legal path. In the words of Joe Biden, “It’s over!”
