A new organization aspires to help whistleblowers not only with free legal advice, but also with media coaching, therapy to address stress, and rent and mortgage payments if they get fired.

The group, Whistleblower Aid, debuted Monday with an ad blitz plastering D.C. Metro trains and with mobile billboards circling the White House, along with the CIA and NSA headquarters.

With more than $100,000 raised and ambitious plans to reach $1 million, the effort comes amid a year of high-profile leaks from within the Trump administration.

They’re a little sloppy with their terminology. Whistleblowing is not the same as leaking, certainly if what’s being leaked is classified info.

Under Obama Whistleblowers were fired, and branded by the press as traitors. But now under Trump the Left wants to pay for this information?

Normal whistle-blowers of corruption, I support.

Leaking state secrets and undermining this administration, I would like to see them tossed in prison for the long haul.

Wouldn’t that also be a crime? Aiding and abetting, maybe? If its after the crime is committed it is understandable for a fair trial. But this seems to be a way to encourage a particular crime. Sounds illegal to me.

Can anyone even imagine how fast your head would be spinning trying to keep up with the whirlwind arrests that would be happening if some group were raising money to pay the legal fees to encourage members of the government and national security agencies to subvert the secrecy they took oaths to uphold if it were against the Obama administration?

There is no difference than if this was another adversary offering money to spies. These people should be investigated and charged with spying.

Will they give bulletproof vests and maps of how to avoid Ft. Marcy Park to those who blow the whistle on Hillary and her protectors in the government?
