At least we know where to rank Lawfare on the continuum of truth.

Matthew Miller jumps in with his esteemed opinion.

Sanders' accusations prompted backlash from legal experts and former Justice Department officials.

Matthew Miller, who served as a DOJ spokesman under President Barack Obama, called Sanders' remarks an "absolutely inappropriate thing for her to say" and a "total politicization of law enforcement" by the White House.

Nothing is going to happen unless or until Sessions leaves as AG.

When does the DOJ stop its kangaroo court prosecution of the Bundy’s and others associated with the 2014 Bunkerville Standoff banning even the defendants on the stand from using the Constitution (First and Second Amendments) as a defense?

Sessions has been the left’s ace in the hole. He has completely hamstrung the administration and very well might actually be the catalyst to end Trump’s presidency.

IMO, it’s time to get rid of Sessions! Surely, they have someone in the wings that would be willing to go after the whole friggin’ bunch, including Comey, Illary, etc.

Whereas Obama saying that Hillary did nothing illegal with her email - while an investigation was ongoing - was entirely appropriate and not a politicization of law enforcement.

But that would require Sessions to actually do something. He’s lived in the swamp so long he has moss hanging from his ears.

Sure. But how is Trump to get that person in? The Senate has already said they won’t confirm anyone else, and they worked the system so that Trump couldn’t fire Sessions and put in a recess appointment when they went on vacation this summer. So Trump’s hands are tied.

“And I can’t imagine that [Comey] is spending any time worried about any investigation of his conduct...”

Um, FWIW, I believe Comey is on Hillary’s Hit List.

He thinks he’s bullet proof - but just let a little more time pass...

Session is worthless at best. He fooled everybody, he barely survived confirmation. Not one rate vote. He even fooled them, they didn’t know he was the best friend they were ever going to have.

Sessions has been the left’s ace in the hole.

Trojan horse. Several moved in to the Trump campaign once it became clear the establishment wasn't going to be able to prevent Trump from winning the nomination. Some have gone, but others remain in the administration. They wanted to either control and manipulate the Trump presidency, or bring it down.

Somebody should certainly be prosecuted. One person.

‘Does anyone know Trumps reasoning for holding on to Sessions??’

When Trump criticized Sessions a firestorm erupted. Both the Democrats and the Uniparty became hysterical. They let Trump know that if he touches a hair on the head of the best friend the Swamp ever had, there will be endless hell to pay.
