Dick Durbin. A selfish blowhard dickhead politician who changes positions like the wind in order to enrich his own interests. Below is his position when he first ran for Congress

This "Sack of Durbin" as you so eloquently named him was awarded the Planned Parenthood Lifetime achievement award awhile back. His first name and your tag define him quite well.
