The list of Clinton's crimes is so long that the question where do you start pops up. But one thing is for sure, she is a felon, she destroyed evidence that was under subpoena. Even Marsha Clark could get a conviction.

I think it is just the opposite. Email and classified information is easy for people to understand. They would probably convict her and she would be eligible for many years in the slammer. TBTB don’t want to go down that route for a former first lady, senator, and sec state.
I agree with you, but that’s what I’ve been told by an older acquaintance who is a “DC Beltway lawyer”, so a long time “swamp dweller”. Claims to be a long time conservative, ‘worked for Reagan’ (don’t all Beltway GOP’ers claim that!) I listen to him because a) he’s a likable guy, & b) different perspective then I normally get.
On occasion he’s been correct, though I’ve never set back an analyzed to see if its more then dumb luck!

The reason I've heard is that any reasonable investigation into her would necessitate rolling up a huge chunk of the Senate/House of Representatives and highly-positioned bureaucrats, to the point that it would shut the whole government down (ref):

In the long run maybe letting her destroy & discredit herself is best. If she was in jail it would be a 7X24 MSM sympathy campaign of “Hellary’s Martyrdom at the Hands of the Evil Alt-Right\GOP\etc.” Letting her run around free to devolve and fade away into a inconsequential raving loon could be punishment enough. I know it doesn’t feel right, it doesn’t seem to re-establish the rule of law. However in this case maybe its the right thing to do. Anyway there are plenty of other Zero\Clintonoid miscreants that need to answer for their crimes.

I think it would be difficult to go after her inner circle. Many of them were given immunity during the email investigation. Those people should never ever be able to get a security clearance in the future..
