DOD loses $7 TRILLLION IN UNACCOUNTED FOR FUNDS....

In private business or industry that would have someone serving time. Where are the audits and accountability in the DOD?

He inherited it, so it’s his. The draining is not as simple as he projected.

Don't agree at all. The swamp is a powerful, corrupt, criminal political system that has evolved out of humanites fallen nature. It is a monster that needs to be destroyed. It will take much more than Trump to destroy it. It will take our entire society.

Who cares about county income

It's the state GDP that counts...In 1st Quarter 2017:

Texas is top at 3.9%....OIL, Gas and FRACKING

West Virginia is second with 3.0%.....COAL, Gas and more FRACKING

Washington DC with a paltry 0.6%.....hot air,

#1 is Loudoun County, Va. which does not touch DC.

Fairfield County,Connecticut doesn't touch New York City but it's still very much a suburb.

One way to start is to remove the opportunity to become fabulously wealthy while earning "only" $170,000 per year in a costly environment. Start with TERM LIMITS. Get them out before their networks can become entrenched. Require that all political donations be ANONYMOUS; you can't sell influence if you don't know who is buying. Americans should be permitted to donate to any party or candidate in any amount the choose; that is FREEDOM. But when it become tit-for-tat bribery it is criminal. Force lobbyists to argue their positions on the MERITS, not on "we gave you..."

Finally, make congress subject to all laws and regulations which apply to the general public, eliminating the insider trading with which they enrich themselves.

Then can it be called a D.C. Suburb as in the Title?

No,but Loudon County could be considered a DC suburb despite not touching the city.I don't have the first clue where Loudon County is but your post seemed to suggest that simply because it doesn't touch DC it cannot be considered a suburb.

Perhaps I should have done more investigating to see exactly why you posted that comment.

The area around wdc is replete with government “workers” (active and retired), beltway bandits, lawyers. lobbyists, politician losers and their hangers-on that do their bidding...all of whom steal your money and live like royalty on your dime. Pathetic, no?

My Brother in law bought a mini mansion in Fairfax Station about 15 years ago for $641,000. Now its worth well over $1 million.

I don't have the first clue where Loudon County is...

Loudoun County is two counties west of DC and was/is a really beautiful horse farm county. As the populations increased in the closer surrounding areas people started to find places to live that were further from people and traffic. Counties like Loudoun, and my county, Stafford (#20 on the list) started to get overrun with the liberal scum from the crowded areas near DC.

I was stationed in DC in 1992 and bought a home in Stafford because it was very rural, the county and school district didn't have any debt (they saved and paid cash for everything) and it was a place where a poor Air Force Captain could afford a home for his wife and two children. The median income was quite low.

Around 2000 all the liberals got tired of taxes and high costs of living and found counties like Stafford and Loudoun and started the infestation. We now have a huge population and the traffic is a nightmare all day long. My wife can retire in three years and we are gone.

Sounds lie the town I live in and surrounding towns. In the 1950's there was a tornado around here called the Worcester Tornado. It's important because tornadoes are almost unheard of around here and this one was a bad one.I saw a local documentary which said at one point that "the tornado started in (can't recall the town's name) and dissipated in the small farming town of Framingham".

Framingham, the town next to mine,is today a heavily populated town which features terrible traffic jams during commuter times because it's only about 15 miles from Boston and is located right on two of the most important roads to Boston (one being I-90).

As a resident of #1, I can say that we are not teeming with refugees or Central American residents. They tend to reside even farther from DC or in independent VA cities within the county, which are not governed by the county or included in county stats. We do have scores of H1B visa residents and my home is somewhere on the border with New India, West Pakistan, and oddly North Kenya.

I know Montgomery County MD, extremely well. You can drive down Rockville Pike to Wheaton then take GA avenue and not see anything but 3rd worlders. No white people at all. The east part of Montgomery Co might as well be another country.

I agree with everything you said in your post. Term limits is a must. It would be the most effective way to reduce Federal power and curruption. I would even agree to a very large pay raise for Congress if they closed all other loopholes of income.
