In Kingsport Tennessee, Pal’s has had a burger cooking robot since around 1958. I think Burger king has had them a long time as well

While thinking on the recent revival of Democrat fortunes, it occurred to me they will amend the tax bill to adjust the minimum wage to $15.

The Republicans will amend the amendment to about $9 which is probably close to the current de facto minimum wage.

Cooking robots will be unaffected

Better than the Whataburger flipper guy here who I saw digging deep down the backside of his pants. Better than the Sonic car hop who had black filth under her nails. No, haven’t been back to either in over a decade.

Haven’t been back to the Mexican joint for a couple years after the waitress tried to play at “no hablo ingles.”

RE:”I bet the break even time between set cost and equipment paid for is not too long when they can work 24/7. Wonder if the robot repair guy will be the new IT guy that use to be the copier guy back in the day.”

When they can diagnose and repair each other without us its Cylon time, they will soon be able to enslave us.

I saw the movie Passengers recently about a Space Cruise-line taking thousands of passengers on a trip to another galaxy planet.

Both the Crew and passengers were to sleep most of the trip for ~ 150 years because the computer running the equipment was infallible........ooopppps then something went wrong.,.

The robot bartender told the passenger accidentally awoke 90 years too early “That's impossible, you can't be here with me” as he was programmed to say.
