Britains Telegraph newspaper is reporting that U.K. officials fear that Iran or Russia may have helped North Koreas sudden advancement in the development of nuclear weapons.
The paper on September 10 said the British Foreign Office is investigating whether current and former nuclear states helped Pyongyang develop nuclear weapons capable of being mounted on missiles.
Iran is top of the list of countries suspected of giving some form of assistance, while Russia is also in the spotlight, the paper reported.
Unidentified senior officials told the newspaper it was not credible that North Korea's scientists alone could have accomplished the nuclear advances.
North Korean scientists are people of some ability, but clearly theyre not doing it entirely in a vacuum, the paper quoted a U.K. government minister as saying.
North Korean on September 3 said it had successfully tested an advanced hydrogen bomb that can be loaded onto an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), a move condemned by the United States, Russia, China, and most other world powers.

I think Iran is a money man in this process. Iran probably paid somebody to give technical consulting and sample components to N. Korea.

Obvious Iran was helping “behind the scenes” the whole time, to me.

Passed the billions Obama gave them to NK? I could see them doing this. All this communist network relies on Russian proxies and on “moderates” we trade with to smuggle to the rogue agents.

Are we trusting British INTEL yet again?
After the single source WMD, and then the fabled “dossier” why is any credence given at all?

"This account has been terminated for violating YouTube's community guidelines," YouTube said.

From Reuters:
Mexico expels North Korean ambassador over nuclear tests
MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - The Mexican government on Thursday said it had declared the North Korean ambassador to Mexico persona non grata in protest at the countrys nuclear tests, an unusually firm step that moved it closely into line with Washington.
In a statement, the government said it had given Kim Hyong Gil 72 hours to leave Mexico in order to express its absolute rejection of North Koreas recent nuclear activity, describing it as a grave threat to the region and the world.

"Passed the billions Obama gave them to NK?" I believe Obama gave Iran this money, KNOWING it would be diverted to NK. Obama laundered money intended for NK through Iran. This has been my theory for some time now.. The Deep State would rather see NK 'EMP' the U.S. triggering havoc nationwide than endure a Trump presidency..

I have had the same suspicion regardless of what Brits say about this. Of course, what British gov says should not be accepted without question.

My money is on China. Russia is possible too. NK and Iran have cooperated so closely for years on missile & nuke technology that their programs differ only in local engineering capability.

So what? Are these not sovereign Nations ? They don’t go along with us, they don’t go along with the “West” I don’t blame them. I bet life inside NK is much better than reported.

I think China also had her nice little plan going. They had their hand on the dial which can completely control the level of NK aggression to needle U.S.. Up or down as they see fit. Now we have another player who are supposedly on the same team with China but has different priorities.
China is guilty as hell. Chinese have been enjoying this. Now they do not have the sole control. Their sneaky game is creating a blowback. Too bad.

A sovereign country who is vowing to lob nuclear ICBM on U.S. or anybody she doesn't like. N. Korea is not Serbia.

The smart money would be on Iran, with a little help from Obama/Jarrett. Wouldn't be surprised if those two are behind the scenes trying to amp things up.
