FULL TITLE:Kobach: It Appears That Out-of-State Voters Changed the Outcome of the New Hampshire U.S. Senate Race

For years, the mainstream media has ignored the problem of voter fraud and belittled those of us who are trying to do something about it. And when secretaries of state like me identify cases of fraud, we are told that the number of incidents of voter fraud is too insignificant to matter.

Now, however, facts have come to light that indicate that a pivotal, close election was likely changed through voter fraud on November 8, 2016: New Hampshire’s U.S. Senate Seat, and perhaps also New Hampshire’s four electoral college votes in the presidential election.

New Hampshire is one of fifteen states that allow same-day voter registration. The benefit of same-day registration is that it allows a person who has procrastinated or has forgotten to register to nonetheless cast a ballot on election day. The downside of same-day registration is that it does not allow the state time to assess the eligibility of the voter. A volunteer poll worker simply accepts a modicum of identification and takes the voter at his word that he’s a U.S. citizen resident of the state who is eligible to vote.

Ohio tried same-day registration for one election in the 70’s and immediately dropped it for THIS very reason.

The Ministry of Propaganda has told us all repeatedly that there is no need to look into voter fraud because it does not exist.
What could be uncovered by looking will astonish.

They have driver's license information for people who registered. It would seem that a Federal task force should be in place to arrest, prosecute, and generally hassle these people. Perhaps an emphasis should be placed on fines, after arrest, would help fund such an effort.

It shouldn't take much effort to find out if these people also voted in their actual home districts. After all, they have their home addresses. Prosecution should be a slam dunk!

I hadn’t considered that the ill-conceived 17th Amendment (17A) opens the door for Progressive Movement bullies like George Soros to exploit useful idiot people from other states to swing Senate races imo.

17A effectively repealed the whole Constitution imo. We really need to repeal 17A. 16A can go to.

Next, consider that although Trump is accomplishing a LOT as president, it remains that since the uniparty Congress wants to get rid of him that his first two years in office are arguably for practice. That being said ...

Drain the swamp sewer! Drain the sewer!

Remember in November 2018 !

Since corrupt Congress is the biggest part of the sewer (imo) that Trump wants to drain, it is actually up to patriots to drain the sewer in the 2018 elections, patriots supporting Trump by electing as many new members of Congress as they can who will support Trump.

In the meanwhile, patriots need to make sure that there are plenty of Trump-supporting candidates on the primary ballots.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to make sure that candidates are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed here.

Also, unlike incumbent members of Congress who wrongly remained silent while misguided state officials abridged the constitutionally enumerated rights of citizens during the lawless Obama Administration, patriots need to make sure that candidates on the 2018 primary ballots commit to the following.

Candidates need to commit to making and enforcing 14th Amendment-related laws to prosecute misguided state officials who use state powers to abridge constitutionally enumerated protections, 1st Amendment-protected religious expression and free speech for example, such actions prohibited by Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.

”14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

The “proof” was that thousands voted with out-of-state drivers licenses and most of them haven’t applied for either NH driver licenses or car registration. Of course it is entirely plausible that thousands “moved” to NH on election day, voted, realized that NH wasn’t quite the thing and “moved” back to their home states before the polls closed.

I wonder how many were college students from out of state, who decided to vote in NH as a close election. That might explain them not following through with licenses and car registrations. If they didn’t also vote in the home state, it’s not fraud.

Some of them might have even voted for Trump.

They are saying it could be out-of-state college students voting. They are allowed to vote in NH. Of course, they might never get a NH license.

This would be a piece o’ cake to check out.

Don’t know who would be willing to do the investigation, though. The Dems are betting no one.

I bought and sold in a new state. I’m still registered in the old one. Not my job to correct it. Now I’m living in a 3rd state and was told I could still vote in the 2nd. Local GOP chairman confirmed it. I’m sure they would see me as a ‘person of interest’. The only thing they would have on me is I don’t live there or have a drivers license. I only voted once. Therefore those that voted twice would have to vote as a dead person still on the rolls. Too easy to get away with.
