I don’t expect a constitutional remedy to Obamacare until some unknown time after the 2018 elections, provided patriots can give Trump a Trump-supporting Congress that respects it constitutional, Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
The GOP Congress doesn’t have to listen to bogus (static scoring) CBO numbers any more than it wants to.

McCain's not supporting anything here. He's covering his ass. He knows that if this goes through regular order the Democrats will find a way to kill it, either through overloading the bill with pork, voting it down, or filibustering it. This is his way of going back to his constituents and BS-ing them into believing he supported an effort to repeal.
