The woman that died was not hit by the Dodge. She died of a heart attack, and that was confirmed by her parents after the autopsy.

You know, these guys get themselves into trouble, and then others are held responsible when something negative happens to them.
Keep your nose clean and follow the directions of officers.
More and more I see folks have problems with officers when all they had to do is obey simple commands and forget about it.
For many folks, venting has a value. It is cathartic.
I can’t condemn it.
