Which you guys project all your wild fantasies of what you think he is going to do, when any retard could have easily seen that he could have just left it in place and ignored it if he supposedly loved it.

60-40 now, 151 responses.

My guess is the initial voting was done by the staff, and now that the public is involved, the vote is shifting.

Doesn’t matter - the RINO congress will pass this amnesty, instead of repealing Obamacare, funding the wall, and passing tax reform.

Wild fantasy....he said he loved the dreamers. Where is the love for the citizens who these people are displacing. He has done a 180 on this. He originally said he would deport these people!!!

Then he would have just ignored it.

He didn’t....but there MUST be something to scream about!!

Once ended, the ones that are caught by ICE will be deported.

Since these people are not purple, and this making it easy to find you are going to have to depend on them slipping up to catch them, just like before. Sorry if it isn’t a quick “round them up” fantasy like you convinced yourself into believing.

I think Trump is wobbly on this, has family whispering in his ear, etc. We need to keep the pressure up--kill DACA and amnesty in congress, make sure it never gets to his desk. If he sees continued opposition, he'll realize that the American people what illegal aliens GONE not given amnesty.

Further, I really am beginning to think we need to reframe the debate. This is a PLUS and POSITIVE for their home countries as it reverses the brain drain. It also returns home people with American education, American health, our culture, our civilized values, maybe a bit of our exceptionalism. These countries want business with US? What better way to build them than with American educated workers. Further, it is a PLUS and POSITIVE for these people, they go home and fix their home countries, celebrate their culture and history at home where it is relevant, they get to reunite with their families. Heck, we could offer them a stipend for first year or so with promise they do not ever return to the US illegally. Make this positive, creative, and a win for all parties, not a police action, unless necessary. Carrot and stick.

He should have rescinded Obamas illegal action with out the justification for keeping them here. It never ends they will be portrayed as victims of the heartless republicans and the swamp wins again!!! If there is anyone living a fantasy it’s you. You will defend whatever he does. While I like him and voted for him he has flipped on this. Just be honest!!!

"Voted yes to support Trump but really he should have shut it down Jan. 21. Congress will continue to kick it down the road for the entirety of Trump’s 8 years."

6 months throws it into their laps just as primary season is beginning for the November 2018 election.

Congress never does anything on time except vote themselves raises so this will go to the wire. If they pass DACA (The Law), it needs to be acceptable to Trump, or he'll veto it. If Congress overrides his veto, it tells Republican voters who to primary. If they don't pass DACA, (The Law), it gives Trump carte blanche for Trump Executive DACA 2.0 -- which will look nothing like Obama's Executive DACA 1.0.

“He” is not the legislator. He is the executor of legislated law.
