They actually weren’t too bad. My neighbor loves the spicy stuff so I sent most of the peppers with him when we divided up the chicken.
Now I have only 1 piece left. :(
BUT, the kitchen table has a whole batch of new peppers - about a dozen Jalapeno picked in the last 7 days. Believe me, I’d love to ship some off to a buddy in Oklahoma. I planted more Serrano peppers and only very few Jalapenos. Little buggers - they’re taking over.

I love the smell of napalm - on my Chicken Wings. ;)
Actually one local place made them so hot they were impossible to eat - and I was having a lot of jalapeno in those days.

It doesn’t surprise me to get some push-back on that ending comment. I considered whether to leave it in or not, after writing it.
In the work place environment, White males are the least likely to complain, while others claim racial or gender bias to get what they want.
If that seems like a flawed opinion, then you should complain.
I don’t think it is.
