As someone who is white and lives in the country (meaning nearest neighbor is quarter mile away and Wal-Mart is 20 miles in every direction), Mr and my neighbors (black, white, brown, and yellowish), are doing just fine without this ass-hats opinion.
Idiot. Wet people suffered. And other wet people saved them. Dry people flapped their gums about it and stayed dry.
