One could make equitable arguments, using doctrines like laches, unreasonable delay in acting, detrimental reliance, hardship, special circumstances, etc.
But I won’t make them because equity applies only when a matter is not subject to clear law. The law is clear: Obama broke the law, when the (so-called) `DREAM’ act failed to pass in Congress, with his unconstitutional EO. The DACAns as well broke our immigration laws.
They are also barred from seeking equitable relief by the doctrine of `unclean hands’: `Those who seek equity must do equity’. In any event, after 8 years of lawlessness, we are acting now.
DAPA failed as well, where they tried to `piggyback’ parents to their bootstrapped children.
Obama made law. It isn’t his job to make law, anymore than it is the function of the federal district courts.
It’s tough on the children of criminals when their parents go to prison. All pathetic sob stories aside, here most of the aliens aren’t going to prison (except for the felons). They can go back home with their parents. Don’t go wobbly President Trump.
Why can't you just wait for his press conference?

As I’ve said before, there are those who have been here since they were little kids who know nothing of the countries they were born in and deporting them is wholly unjust.
And if it happens I can guarantee that in places like Texas where most of us who have the means to make political contributionsalso know some in this position that would be a deal breaker..

These “kids” who were supposedly brought here by age 16, when many of said 16-year-olds were already actually well into their 20s or even their 30s.
Many tales in recent years of such “kids” showing up for their high school classes with graying hair.
But no matter, rewarding illegals by putting their children onto the path to citizen is a massive, counterproductive magnet to encourage yet more illegals.
Besides, they should be sent back in package with their illegal parents who brought them here, who are more then familiar enough with their actual home countries.

He also said he would undo all Obama's illegal EOs.
