He had to certify that Iran was in compliance which everyone says they are not. He was persuaded to say they were when they absolutely are not. The last official word I had on this being a treaty is that Iran refused to sign it. Have you seen it?

To believe as you do that it is the responsibility of the U.S. to educate, at citizen’s expense, the spawn of illegal aliens so as to “better” the lot of other countries, is a naive concept insulting to the intelligence of anyone who posts or reads on this site.
There is rampant fraud in the U.S. student loan program. The vast majority of it is being perpetrated deliberately and with malice by the children of illegals who blatantly use the proceeds of these loans to purchase anything BUT an education.
Unfortunately the Feds refuse to monitor loan compliance and thus have made this situation worse by not mandating the funds for tuition be paid directly to the educational institution. Instead, loan proceeds are released directly each semester to the student applicants themselves, an absolutely horrific policy.
So the schools never get the money, they don’t even know who these supposed student applicants are, and the so-called “students” become willing cash cows for their illegal families, distributing thousands of dollars a year to be spent on cars, trucks, washers, dryers, tools, and anything else under the sun the family members desire, with the assurance that the monies will not need to be repaid for dozens of years into the future.
We as a nation are hemorrhaging billions of dollars a year as a result of the deliberate misuse of the student loan program by the illegal community, which laughs at us all the way to the bank, yet people like YOU persist in the laughable myth that these thieves are actually using our loan programs to acquire an education.
Nothing could be further from the truth. To persist in a belief in the existence of the tooth fairy in the face of all evidence to the contrary is truly moronic. And a typical left-wing trait. So my initial post to you calling a spade a spade still stands.
