Trump said that to distance himself from the judiciary so that it doesn’t appear he has a vendetta. Smart move provided DOJ does its job.

Comey was out of his pay-grade to give HRC a get out of jail free card. FBI is just the investigative arm. They don't decide who to prosecute. The bosses at the Justice Department do. The FBI director reports to the 3rd in command at the Justice Department.
According to recent articles I've read, Comey has serious Hatch Act violation problems. The reports I've read suggest he was actively trying to deep six serious Hillary investigations, while pushing phony Trump investigations during the election.
The stink if growing by the day, related to him.

Sessions and the Little Sh*t Ryan, McWeasal, McIsane, and the rest of the Republican congress. If the situation were reversed there would be people lying in the pavement having been run over by ChuckU Schumer to get to a camera to raise hell about this corruption.
The Republican congress, well they are in Washington, they are drawing a salary and getting rich, but to take a stand on something and call out the corruption of their good friends across the aisle is just unimaginable. GOP=Total Waste of Flesh.
I don't think it's ever been determined whether the FBI already had the dossier before Juan gave them a copy. But Kuhner said the FBI paid for the dossier, or paid to have it compiled.
The subject was discussed for about half hour and it's possible he misspoke, but we'll see if we hear it from more sources.
I hope Comey gets everything he deserves...and then some.

News flash to you, it only took Sessions’ trusted deputy AG one day to open an investigation against Trump.
But who does he report to? I thought there was a sign on the Presidents desk stating “The Buck Stops Here.” Mr. Truman must have taken it with him.
We also need a real president. Both Sessions and Rothebstein offered to resign at one point but weren’t accepted.
