That looks horrible. Very unprofessional. He stalked and pursued the nurse because she wasn’t saying what he wanted to hear. He disrupted the calm in an emergency room with his power struggles. That’s upsetting to the other doctors working on their own patients.
I would hate for my co-worker to be treated that way when she was only doing her job. To quote her directly; “This is crazy! Why is he so angry?”
This officer should be given desk duty and never sent in this situation again. He has lots of unresolved issues.
Maybe he doesn’t like being told ‘NO’ by a woman.

I don’t think it’s possible to make a reasonable case on why he should not be criminally prosecuted.
It would be awful if this goon was in an accident and he wakes up in the ER with this same nurse looking down at him. The other cops who know the law should have intervened and shut this fool down, he and the other cops only hurt themselves when they don’t police stupid in their own ranks.
No, He should be fired and prosecuted, but he will probably be given a raise and promoted.
