Is the street and nearby intersections known so I can look at it on Google Maps satellite view?

With the map I referenced prior, I believe the car was between the water hole and the highway. Looks like it is banked upwards to retain the water, so the car was in a position to get momentum from going downhill. Guess he/they/etc didn’t plan on needed a bit more to get over the other side of the drainage ditch.

Thank you. The car was in the concrete overflow channel for the pond behind the trees, you can see that it comes out right where the water does, look for the discoloration on the Google Maps view as well as the YouTube video, the car comes out right there. There’s no way that car got there due to brake failure. Depending upon just how deep the sides of the channel are, it may have hidden the car from view, particularly sitting back inside the treeline.
