An ACORN offshoot and other left-wing pressure groups are suing California in federal court because the state hasn’t made it easy enough for Democrats to flood voter rolls with illegal aliens and foreign nationals who aren’t legally eligible to vote.
Throughout the years Mickey Mouse, Mary Poppins, and celebrities living and dead were registered to vote because now-defunct ACORN and its allied groups were allowed to pollute the voter rolls.

The key word there is MORE. Which clinches Pres. Trump’s claim that many illegals voted, probably numerous times, in 2016.

If you give the employees of a whorehouse a small amount of money you can expect to get something in return.
If you give California politicians billions in taxpayer money you are not entitled to expect anything in return.
A prostitute who continually lies to her customers would not expect to remain in business.
A politician who continually lies to the citizens can remain in office for decades.
With a prostitute you get screwed and lose a small amount of money.
With a politician you get screwed and lose billions.
A prostitute will leave after you have been screwed.
A politician will stay around for years.
A prostitute is more likely to be arrested for screwing people and taking their money.
I suspect that this lawsuit is to provide political cover to the Judicial Watch lawsuit.
Politicians will be able to point to both and say, “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” Court will be able to say both sides have points, but the solution is to “split the baby” and let the State proceed as it has in the past.
A Soviet defector years ago hypothetically realigned the United States into various regions. The theory was that our Republic will eventually dissolve for many reasons. Most,especially Conservatives,called him a crackpot. If this continues,the Republic will continue to undergo a slow and painful death. States will leave or break apart (or try to) and the country will be even far less structured than the former Confederation. It may just revert back to territories that probably won’t get along with each other with cities as third world sh*t holes and no go zones. Would any of this American rot be conceivable twenty years ago? The writing was on the wall.

I have never missed an election and hold my right to vote, as a natural-born citizen, very dear to my heart.

As sad as it makes me, I am beginning to think you are correct.
When families can't even talk to each other because one voted Dem (my sister) and the other voted Rep (me), there is a major problem. (btw, I love my sister and would be happy to talk to her. It always seems that it is the left that is angry and bitter).
Most Americans would agree that non-citizens should not be allowed to vote.
