THE PERSECUTION OF PATRIOT PRAYER

Democrats green-light violence by smearing mainstream group rallying in San Francisco as neo-Nazis.

August 25, 2017 Matthew Vadum

Democrat politicians like Nancy Pelosi have given their ultra-violent “antifa” allies permission to use physical violence against the Patriot Prayer group rallying in a San Francisco park on Saturday by smearing them as “Nazi sympathizers.”

The story of Oregon-based Patriot Prayer is a case study in the power of propaganda in generating leftist mass hysteria. It is also a reaffirmation that everyone has First Amendment rights in America, except for non-leftists. Leftists are already planning riots. One of the more cowardly leftists intends to cover the rally site at Crissy Field inside San Francisco’s Golden Gate National Recreation Area near the Golden Gate Bridge in dog feces.

Offering no evidence whatsoever of the Tea Party-ish group’s background or intentions, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, who represents San Francisco, said Crissy Field "is not a place for Nazi sympathizers to come and spew their negative message."

Especially since Donald Trump became president, the Left has been deliberately, maliciously, conflating peaceful, pro-Constitution conservative and Tea Party groups with violent, statist neo-Nazis and those affiliated with them.

Pelosi has been bloviating about Patriot Prayer’s rally permit for some time, a permit granted only after the group agreed to ban guns, tiki torches, and other objects that can be used as weapons at the event.

Pelosi trashed the feds on August 15 for granting the permit, making the outrageously defamatory claim that Patriot Prayer is secretly a despicable hate group.

“The National Park Service’s decision to permit a white supremacist rally … raises grave and ongoing concerns about public safety,” the 77-year-old latte leftist said in a statement.

“Free speech does not grant the right to yell fire in a crowded theater, incite violence or endanger the public in any venue,” she said, going on to “wonder” whether the decision to allow the “white supremacist rally” was made “under guidance from the White House?” She also called into question the NPS’s ability “to ensure public safety during a white supremacist rally.”

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) wrote a letter earlier this month urging the NPS to deny Patriot Prayer a permit rally. “I am alarmed at the prospect that Crissy Field will be used as a venue for Patriot Prayer’s incitement, hate, and intimidation,” wrote the 84-year-old lawmaker who, for what it’s worth, at times seems like an ardent conservative compared to California’s junior senator, Kamala Harris (D).

Conspiracy theorist and congresswoman, Jackie Speier (D-Calif.), said the upcoming rally isn’t about free speech at all.

What they’re really doing is really manipulating. They have small numbers and small resources, and they see this is an opportunity to go to very blue areas where they will not be met with warmth and revelry and try to gin up more support for their organization with numbers and with monies.

Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.), a known Communist sympathizer, seemed to say she won’t be upset if a so-called alt-right event set for Sunday at Berkeley’s Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Center Park is shut down.

“Berkeley is the center really of the free speech movement and the peace movement, Lee said. “And so there’s no way that we are not going to say we’re united against hate.”

Pelosi, Feinstein, Speier, Lee and their antifa comrades have been emboldened by Republican politicians like Paul Ryan and Marco Rubio and NeverTrump obsessives like Bill Kristol and Joe Scarborough who joined in the attacks on President Trump after the recent unrest in Charlottesville, Virginia, accusing him of treating the occasionally violent radical rightists as morally equivalent to the always-violent radical leftists.

Thanks to the lies of Pelosi and her colleagues, antifa is already threatening murder and mayhem at the rally.

Twitter user @ibPrinceJordan, who self-identifies as a San Francisco resident, tweeted, “The Patriot Prayer rally is a nazi white supremacist event. I’ll be their [sic] to crush some nazi skulls.”

“Can’t wait!” he added. “Going to bring this nailed bat for some nazi pounding.” That tweet was accompanied by a photo of what appeared to be a baseball bat with long nails driven through it.

Someone on Facebook calling himself Tuffy Tuffington is urging fellow dog owners to “leave a gift for our alt-right friends” by letting their dogs “do their business” at Crissy Field before the Patriot Prayer event.

“I just had this image of alt-right people stomping around in the poop,” Tuffington reportedly said. “It seemed like a little bit of civil disobedience where we didn’t have to engage with them face to face.”

The claim that Patriot Prayer is a so-called hate group is laughable. Not even the extreme left-wingers at the Southern Poverty Law Center, whose website is the go-to reference for aspiring left-wing terrorists wishing to maim and kill conservatives, label Patriot Prayer a hate group.

Nor is its leader, Joey Gibson, considered an extremist by the SPLC which officially supports denying First Amendment rights to anyone to the right of Noam Chomsky. Gibson started Patriot Prayer after several supporters of President Trump were beaten in San Jose, California, on the campaign trail.

Gibson told Fox News the approaching rally is based in “a philosophy about promoting love and peace but doing it in a way that’s respectful. It’s about building bridges.”

He said he wants to educate antifa supporters and “bring them out of the darkness.” Calling his rally white-supremacist in nature is “beyond insane.”

“Nancy Pelosi said it was a white supremacist rally so she could bring out extremists on the right and the left,” Gibson said. “She’s telling white supremacists to come into town.”

The street thugs of antifa-aligned By Any Means Necessary, which California law enforcement blames for inciting violence at protests, say they will be at the rally as a result of Pelosi’s statements.

“San Francisco is not going to be a huge problem (with hate groups) because we have a permit so we can control who can come in,” Gibson said, adding “If anybody shows up with a flag or uses hateful rhetoric they can go stand out with antifa.”

“The politicians like Nancy Pelosi don’t like people coming in talking about freedom,” said Gibson. “At the end of the day they don’t care about racism. They want a revolution in the country.”

Making the case that Gibson, who isn’t Caucasian – he describes himself as “brown” – is some kind of white-supremacist is a hard case to make. The SPLC actually reported that Gibson was observed at a recent rally yelling “Fuck white supremacists!” He has been pepper-sprayed by leftists.

Tucker Carlson and Gibson shared some laughs about the bizarre allegations against him and his group during a TV interview aired August 16.

Previewing the San Francisco rally, Gibson said:

I'm not white. We have about eight speakers and only one speaker is white. We have a couple black speakers, a Hispanic, we have a transsexual speaker, we have a woman speaker. It's very diverse. It’s really just about what’s on the inside. What you believe, your heart, your soul. It has nothing to do with skin color.

Lindsay Grathwohl, daughter of the late American hero Larry Grathwohl, is scheduled to address the rally. Her father was a highly decorated Vietnam War veteran. After fighting Communists abroad, he decided to fight them at home as an FBI informant. He returned to America after serving in the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division and took it upon himself to infiltrate the group, joining the Weatherman collective in Cincinnati.

Gibson accused Pelosi of “trying to capitalize” on the current polarized political environment in the nation.

She's making it more difficult for San Francisco. What she’s trying to do is rile up her citizens so that they’ll come down there and they’ll try to chase us out. Her rhetoric is just going to cause more violence.

Patriot Prayer’s Facebook cover page depicts a peaceful rally. Above the group’s logo is a Nazi swastika covered by a red circle and diagonally crossed out. There is also a hammer and sickle symbol covered with a red circle and crossed out. A woman is shown wearing a shirt emblazoned with the "Don't tread on me" logo from the American Revolution. She is also wearing an "I voted" sticker.

Patriot Prayer makes it clear that certain individuals and kinds of people are not welcome at its rally this weekend.

No extremists will be allowed in. No Nazis, Communist, KKK, Antifa, white supremacist, I.E., or white nationalists. This is an opportunity for moderate americans to come in with opposing views. We will not allow the extremists to tear apart this country. Specifically, Richard Spencer and NathanDamigo will not be welcome.

Despite these assurances, it seems clear that the fascist Left and its army of rioters will be on hand, just as they were last weekend in Boston.

Antifa and others on the Left deprived members of another innocuous group of their free speech rights last weekend in Boston with the connivance of the authorities.

As Jeff Jacoby noted,

Participants in the "Boston Free Speech Rally" had been demonized as a troupe of neo-Nazis prepared to reprise the horror that had erupted in Charlottesville. They turned out to be a couple dozen courteous people linked by little more than a commitment to — surprise! — free speech.

One of the organizers of the event last Saturday on Boston Common was “a 23-year-old libertarian named John Medlar, [who] had insisted vigorously that its purpose was not to endorse white supremacy.” As Shiva Ayyadurai, an Indian immigrant seeking the GOP nomination in next year's U.S. Senate race, addressed the small crowd of free speech advocates, his supporters held up signs reading "Black Lives Do Matter."

One line in a news report on Page 1 of the left-leaning Boston Globe demonstrated how ridiculous the hype was: "'Excuse me,' one man in the counter-protest innocently asked a Globe reporter. 'Where are the white supremacists?'"

The event was doomed before it began. Mayor Marty Walsh (D) smeared the organizers as violent racists and extremists and rumors spread. "Boston does not want you here," he said.

This all-American micro-rally was confronted by 40,000 counter-protesters, including violent antifa members. But the people there for the free speech event were denied their First Amendment rights by Boston authorities.

The speakers on the Common bandstand were kept from being heard. They were blocked off with a 225-foot buffer zone, and segregated beyond earshot. Police barred anyone from approaching to hear what the rally speakers had to say. Reporters were excluded, too.

Result: The free-speech rally took place in a virtual cone of silence. Its participants "spoke essentially to themselves for about 50 minutes," the Globe reported. "If any of them said anything provocative, the massive crowd did not hear it."

Police Commissioner Bill Evans was fine with suppressing the rights of the participants who had a permit for the event, implying it was a gathering of neo-Nazis. "You know what," Evans said, "if they didn't get in, that's a good thing, because their message isn't what we want to hear."

The lunatic leftists of San Francisco are also hoping to snuff out the First Amendment rights of Patriot Prayer supporters tomorrow.

Predictably, San Francisco’s hyper-politically correct mayor, Ed Lee (D), has denounced the scheduled rally for, in his words, being designed to “incite hate, bigotry and violence” despite a complete lack of evidence that it is being held to promote hate, bigotry, or violence.

“They will have their rally on federal land because the U.S. Constitution provides all of us the right to freedom of expression,” Lee huffed. “But as mayor of this city, I say: Any message of hate is not welcome.”

Welcome or not, the patriots of Patriot Prayer are coming to San Francisco.

CANCELLING PATRIOT PRAYER

Democrat politicians let Antifa thugs suffocate free speech.

August 28, 2017 Matthew Vadum

Freedom of speech in America is under assault by the Left like never before.

The constitutionally-suspect shutting down of Patriot Prayer's tiny, properly permitted rally at a federal park in San Francisco Saturday is yet more proof of the political ascendancy of the evil ultra-violent "antifa" street thug movement. The Left now has the power to dictate what is and is not acceptable speech in California and many parts of the country.

Patriot Prayer is an innocuous Tea Party-ish group that only wanted to conduct a rally to affirm its members support for free speech. Instead the group has been smeared relentlessly -- and now as it turns out, persecuted by state actors.

As Fox News reports:

Joey Gibson, who is Japanese American and leads Patriot Prayer, said his group disavows racism and hatred and wanted to promote dialogue with people who may not share its views. He cancelled a planned rally Saturday at a field under the shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge after he said his members received anonymous threats on social media and feared civic leaders and law enforcement would fail to protect them.

The official excuse for sabotaging conservative events is always “public safety,” even though left-wingers never have a problem getting their message out. Given the track record of authorities in California in dealing with conservative speakers, Gibson’s fear that his supporters would be vulnerable to attack by antifa were completely justified.

So while Gibson may have canceled his group’s event, it was the authorities in San Francisco who effectively shuttered it by making it difficult if not impossible for his would-be speakers to speak. Police in nearby Berkeley prevented David Horowitz and Ann Coulter from speaking there by moving their speaking venues far from the university campus and changing the time of their events to make it inconvenient for students to attend.

San Francisco officials denied the First Amendment rights of Patriot Prayer supporters for a second time on Saturday by shutting down Alamo Square park at which Gibson wanted to hold a presser after canceling the rally at Crissy Field. A fence was erected around the park and riot police kept people out.

More than a thousand left-wingers showed up at Alamo Square to demonstrate against the non-existent neo-Nazis. They waved signs and chanted, as leftists are wont to do, the rioters’ mantra, "Whose streets? Our streets!"

Gibson later addressed a few supporters, including blacks, a Latino, and a Samoan American, in suburban Pacifica. Several reportedly said they “support President Donald Trump and want to join with moderates to promote understanding and free speech.”

Gibson told Fox News that San Francisco’s pro-antifa mayor, Ed Lee (D), prevented the rally from happening. Lee had claimed previously that the rally would attract violent hate-speech practitioners and violence. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D) and a cohort of Democrat politicians lied repeatedly, claiming Patriot Prayer’s rally was a “white supremacist” event that should not be allowed to go forward.

This makes the San Francisco event the second fake “white-supremacist” rally – so designated by the Left — to be shut down in recent days. On August 20, authorities in Boston undermined a conservative group. That rally went on but speakers were drowned out by antifa and people protesting the rally.

"They're definitely doing a great job of trying to make sure my message doesn't come out," Gibson said of the aborted San Francisco rally in the Fox interview.

Mayor Lee bragged about crushing the constitutional rights of Patriot Prayer supporters.

"If people want to have the stage in San Francisco, they better have a message that contributes to people's lives rather than find ways to hurt them," he said. "That's why certain voices found it very difficult to have their voices heard today."

The claim that Patriot Prayer is a so-called hate group is laughable. Not even the extreme left-wingers at the Southern Poverty Law Center, whose website is the go-to reference for aspiring left-wing terrorists wishing to maim and kill conservatives, labels Patriot Prayer a hate group or considers Joey Gibson an extremist.

On Sunday Gibson attended a “No Marxism in Berkeley” rally near the Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Center Park that was more violent than the event in San Francisco. Berkeley police spokeswoman Officer Jennifer Coats said the police force allowed hundreds of thugs to climb over police-erected barriers so they could assault anti-Marxists. Antifa beat rally attendees and journalists with sticks and their fists, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Video footage establishes that “Gibson backed away from a mob of black-clad aggressors who swore, hit him with a stick and shouted, ‘Fascists go home!’ Gibson leaped over a concrete barrier before being chased into the embrace of riot-gear-clad cops.”

This is America and what happened in California and elsewhere is profoundly un-American. It cannot be allowed to stand.

Somehow ordinary conservatives have become neo-Nazis and white-supremacist ogres in the eyes of the mainstream media, a process that received a huge boost when one radical kook (who was no conservative) used his car to murder one person at the misnamed “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. Yes, it was a terrible crime that deserves to be denounced and punished to the fullest extent of the law but it does not justify the mass hysteria now gripping parts of the nation.

For the sake of the country these vile antifa extremists need to be rounded up, arrested, and given lengthy prison terms for sedition and possibly racketeering, among other crimes. This leftist filth, which is openly supported by a cohort of Republican quislings, will not be satisfied until the First Amendment is abolished.

No one has a constitutional right to riot or silence conservatives (or anybody for that matter). Violent leftist protest is not constitutionally protected speech no matter what Nancy Pelosi says.

Unlike President Obama, President Trump has no difficulty naming the domestic enemies of the United States. At a rally on August 22 in Phoenix, Arizona, after protesters tried to shut down the event, Trump told the crowd, “You know, they show up in the helmets and the black masks and they’ve got clubs, they’ve got everything,” he said, calling out the violent leftist group’s name — “antifa!”

“Trump spent about 20 minutes re-litigating the establishment media’s Charlottesville coverage,” Breitbart reports, “pointing out that he condemned hate, violence, the KKK, neo-nazis, and white supremacists, but that it was never enough for the dishonest media.” Outside the rally, police battled antifa rioters, who now regularly crash Trump’s events.

At press time early this morning around 310,000 people had signed a petition, well over the 100,000 required to force consideration by the White House, urging the administration to “[f]ormally recognize AntiFa as a terrorist organization.”

Mark Bray, an antifa supporter and historian at Dartmouth College and author of Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook, says the antifa “reject turning to the police or the state to halt the advance of white supremacy. Instead they advocate popular opposition to fascism as we witnessed in Charlottesville.”

Bray told a friendly media outlet:

The other key point, which probably isn’t made enough, is that these are revolutionary leftists. They’re not concerned about the fact that fascism targets liberalism. These are self-described revolutionaries. They have no allegiance to liberal democracy, which they believe has failed the marginalized communities they’re defending. They’re anarchists and communists who are way outside the traditional conservative-liberal spectrum.

Of course, Bray is using a self-serving definition of fascism so he can evade the fact that the antifa are left-wing practitioners of classic fascist tactics: physically intimidating and assaulting perceived enemies, breaking up opposition meetings and rallies, and smearing those who oppose them as the “real” fascists.

Meanwhile, the tone-deaf useful idiots at the Republican National Committee (RNC) released a statement condemning white-supremacists while ignoring the much more numerous, much more violent, seditious radicals of antifa.

The unanimously approved RNC resolution states, "Nazis, the KKK, white supremacists and others are repulsive, evil and have no fruitful place in the United States."

There is no denunciation in the resolution of the leftists and government officials who trampled on the First Amendment rights of conservative groups in San Francisco, Berkeley, and Boston. The statement was reportedly a priority for RNC Chairman and squish Ronna Romney McDaniel.

The resolution comes on the heels of a new Islamic State-inspired recruitment video that was published online by an armed antifa cell in Philadelphia calling itself the Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement (RAM). RAM idolizes cop-killers like Mumia Abu Jamal and Russell Shoats and conducts anti-cop training sessions called “Our Enemies in Blue.” A RAM communique claims “mosques are being ruthlessly bombed” and “LGBTQ are being battered.” It adds, “The destruction of black life continues unabated as millions languish in the plantations of the modern day slave system.”

Recent history reminds us that left-wing city officials don't like putting down riots, especially those started by their comrades-in-arms. They know that social justice warriors like rioters are an important voting bloc in the Democratic Party. They don't like interfering with the spontaneous outbreaks of ad hoc redistribution – for example, the smash-and-grab appropriation of consumer electronics – that looters effectuate.

And the police, under orders by left-wing officials in state and local governments and with the encouragement of then-President Barack Obama, have allowed Occupy Wall Street and Black Lives Matter to run wild in recent years. Obama even rewarded riot-inciters and those who support murdering cops by hosting them at the White House. The DNC even endorsed Black Lives Matter in a resolution.

Instead of protecting citizens and their property, some politicians even admit pro-rioting policies openly, as when then-Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake (D) acknowledged in April 2015 that authorities “gave those who wished to destroy space to do that.”

Fortunately, not everyone on the Left supports the violent leftist mobs.

Last week on “Fox and Friends,” Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz, urged his liberal brethren not to get in bed with antifa.

Antifa is a radical anti-American, anti-free market, communist, socialist, hard, hard-left censorial organization that tries to stop speakers on campuses from speaking. They use violence, and just because they’re opposed to fascism and to some of these monuments shouldn’t make them heroes of the liberals.

Whether the few true liberals remaining in the Democratic Party will listen is far from certain.

Sessions has to view this as a conspiracy to violate the civil rights of the demonstrators. He has to assign FBI agents to attend these demonstrations and arrest any thug that attacks a peaceful person expressing them self. If the attack occurs in front of police officers who witness a felonious assault but do nothing then arrest the commanding police officer who gave the order to stand down . Investigate ,indict and arrest the politicians who gave the orders to protect the thugs and the people who paid them. Then and only then will these attacks on free speech and the right of peaceful assembly cease.

That's now how the DOJ works.

In the meantime, Sessions has started an investigation into the Charlottsville fiasco.

The DOJ works behind closed doors until something is ready for disposition.

All this, because the Democrats lost an election. So they are will, nether already have started a terrorist movement within the US, with the intentions of overthrowing the elected government all because they lost an election. So here is what I have learned over the past 6 months:

If you are white in the us and didn’t vote for Hillary, you are a White Nationalist

If you are white in the USA and you own a home in the suburbs, you’re a white supremacist

If your white and you have a white collar job as a result of your education, you’re a white fascist

If you’re white and have a bald head (40% of all men will go bald) you’re a Nazi

If your white and live in poverty and voted for Trump, you’re a Neo-Nazi

If you voted for Trump and are any other race you are a Nazi Supporter

Now lets talk about the Antifa Communists:

Its a shame, I mean, these are most like smart kids, who were moving through life, getting an education, and perhaps have great dreams. Suddenly, all their dreams are shattered when Trump was elected. i mean, they no longer have hope, they can’t finish college (Never mind that they are too busy protesting) All hopes for a good job have vanished (Never mind they can’t pass a drug test) and Trump “Suddenly” is a White Nazi Racist even though he has be awarded and lauded by the Black community over the years, and hangs out with Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.

I think the most bizarre one is, the press demanding that Trump condemn the KKK folks in Charlottesville. He has now condemned them 13 times in the Media. And yet they keep telling the public “Trump has yet to condemn them” even though he has.

So what we have here, is a calculated and well planned out attack, designed to paint all republicans as either white nationalists, Neo Nazis, Nazi Sympathizers and the KKK/Nazi movement.Ironically only the dumbest of people anywhere in the world possibly believe this. And the MSM is part of the conspiracy

All this because the Democrats lost an election, and the Democrats are willing to sacrifice the integrity and the economic might of the United States, by destroying it from within, all because they lost an election.

All this because the Democrats lost an election, and the Democrats are willing to sacrifice the integrity and the economic might of the United States, by destroying it from within, all because they lost an election.

We just had a 2 hour conference call with our Merrill Lynch broker, we are retiring and need to do some financial planning. I asked him your question, he said other than within 60 miles of the west and east coasts the rest of the nation are liking what they are feeling in their wallets. That is what they are paying attention to, not what is going in in DC, NYC, SF and Seattle.

He said the stock market is up, our position is up 14% this year, business' are doing really well and even Europe had more than 2% GDP. He said people still have no idea how much Trump has done already with the regulations in housing, banking and energy.

Hung up with him and had my radio on and heard a top of the news minute saying consumer confidence up higher than since 2001, and unemployment down the lowest since 2001, today's big economic news!
