On today’s Morning Joe, Mika Brzezinski and Mike Barnicle fretted over the personal impact the investigations surrounding the Trump administration are having on aides to the president. Each wondered, “what do you tell your children?”
But Joe Scarborough, putting things in mercenary terms, warned aides that they must cooperate with the feds out of financial self-interest:
“Not only what do you tell your children. . . . You have to cooperate, actually, with federal authorities if you ever want to have any hope of making another dime and making a living the rest of your life.”

There is nothing to the Russian conspiracy. There is nothing there and they cannot get him.
What it has done is let the rats subpoena any and everything and any and everyone they think will damage President Trump in the 2020 elections.
They are already on notice that anything they gather that is not relavant to Russia can be used in the investigation. It hasn't stopped them from collecting tons of financial, business and personal data.
I think they really fear he will have a good chance to get re-elected.They are building a dossier that they can leak/release to damage his re-election candidacy.
It is being used near term as a "whisper campaign" in an attempt to neuter his presidency throughout this term. It will be a full bore assault beginning in 2019.
