Why Trump’s pardon of Joe Arpaio isn’t like most presidential pardons (Impeachable offense!)

The judge violated Arpaio's constitutional right to a jury trial, which he requested, and decided the case on her own. Trump's pardon is a way of protecting a citizen's right to a jury trial (as guaranteed by the 6th amendment).

As an impeachable offence, this ranks just below the "two scoops of ice cream" misdemeanor.

The VILE Dims and their “fixers” were for locking up an 85-year-old man with his enemies (i.e., criminals whom he sent to prison) so that they could assault and kill him!!!! Sheriff Joe’s wife is ailing to boot!!!!

Pardoning Sheriff Joe is an act of compassion, among other things. It is NOT an “impeachable offense”!

Impeach those calling for Sheriff Joe’s imprisonment instead, and prosecute Soros and his lowlife “fixers”!!!! PHOOEY!!!!

I hope the Dems do try to impeach over this. The 2018 results will be even more in our favor.

Of course, the Washington Compost didn’t have any problem with Slick Willy selling pardons to criminals like Marc Rich while under indictment on 65 criminal counts, and 16 Puerto Rican FALN terrorists, a group which took responsibility for 70 bombings in American cities.

Keep it up WaPo and CNN. Trump may need to use an autopen to pardon hundreds of thousands of us who bring street justice to YOUR doorstep.

You should be thanking God every day for a law-and-order president who protects people like you from people like me. It’s far better than you deserve.

Eating a ham sandwich is an impeachable offense if the House majority says it is.

When Mayors and Governors ignore a judges decision (on illegal immigration), it is sacrosanct.

When a Sheriff ignores a judge's decision (on illegal immigration), a President must be impeached.

Yeah, the Left makes perfect sense.

The activist judge refused him a trial of his peers.

*****************

That is very true. However it was in the preview of the judge to do so since the
sentence upon conviction was six months or less. Had the sentence been longer
a jury trail was mandated.

To me the real problem now is clarifying the rules of procedure the Judge’s use.

Trump ally Sheriff Joe, a close Trump ally, was found in contempt by a Mormon judge appointed by open borders Jefe Jorge Bush. He was then charged with misdemeanor contempt so that he would not be entitled to a jury trial. Thereafter he convicted on the say-so of a Clinton appointee judge. Excuse me for not seeing his pardon as undermining the “rule of law”.

If Trump pardoned Hillary (listing in detail a laundry list of known felonious acts) the MSM would go even more crazy. That would be fun!

Man you would think Sheriff Joe had raped every boy in a church choir and killed all of them by decapitating them on main street.

“Then there’s the fact that Joe went after the president about his cover up of the Birth certificate that was found to be a forgery.”

The real reason Barry and Holder went after Sheriff Joe! Now maybe Sessions, the FBI and/or a congressional committee can look into Barry’s forged BC!

The Federal Judiciary has been assaulting We The People for decades with impunity.

Joe Arpaio was denied due process of law in the form of a trial by jury by a communist judge who should bed impeached.

I’m not sure I will ever oppose a pardon of a man convicted of contempt of a court. I don’t think that is a real crime insomuch that the law does not empower a judge simply to issue any ‘order’ they wish but rather rather specific order to enforce rather specific laws.

Thus the charge ‘contempt of court’ is really just contempt of the law by the court unable or unwilling to name a specific law authorized by an elected legislator and enforced by an executive being violated.

“Joe Arpaio was denied due process of law in the form of a trial by jury by a communist judge who should bed impeached.”

The left have redefined “due process of law” as a grant of unlimited power to their oligarchs in black robes to make law, rather than actually having to do with the process of enforcing law as it was written by the legislator.

That said the charge ‘contempt of court’ is it self constitutionally very ambiguous for a 3 branch system of government which empowers a court only to judge innocence or guilty under the law pre-established, not issue lawless edicts of their own demanding broad executive and legislative obedience to themselves rather than the elected executive and legislator.

Sherif Arpaio was the elected Executive in maricopa county when it came to law enforcement. If the court didn’t like the way he was enforcing the law they need only let his ‘victims’ go free, thus nullifying his efforts.

It is NOT within their legitimate power to issue orders to the executive, nor enforce said orders when the executive doesn’t follow them as expected.

Such a power would render the Court, not the constitution the supreme power of the land, and thus nullify the other 2 elected branches of Government, along with the Constitution which could not be enforced against said court.
