Remember the guy protesting Donald Trump in Phoenix who take a police gas canister to his groin? ICYMI, here’s the video again:
Well, he’s been arrested:
To be honest, maybe cops should give him a pass because it is the best video we’ve seen this year.

Police go on to say in the documents that he later picked up a second smoking canister and threw that one at police as well, hence the three charges of aggravated assault.
And it will be really hard for this genius to say he didn’t pick up a gas grenade as he had to go to the hospital for treatment from the said grenade:
The sales and support representative at Go Daddy spent Tuesday night in the emergency room. He said he got treatment for inhaling pepper spray and for second-degree burns on his right hand from picking up a hot can of tear gas.
Oh, and he’s admitted the crime online, too:
“He has posted images and admissions to his crime on social and local media outlets,” wrote Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Jonathan Howard in an email announcing the arrest.

Have you seen the video clips? Him getting pepper balled to the balls has resulted in a meme storm. Some pretty funny stuff. My favorite is the slow mo one showing the impact over and over to the Quake “Head Shot” audio clip.
(Quake is a first person shooter video game or was at least was with many versions. When a sniper took someone out with a head shot it played the head shot clip)

In Arizona, there are a couple of categories of Aggravated Assault. The LEAST is category six.
This will get you 18 to 36 months in prison.
The fact that he posted the video, and he’s basically giving the cops all the evidence required....it’s a pretty bad case. He’ll have to go and get a prime-attorney and basically hope that he can find a judge who is either stupid or anti-Trump. In the real-world, with the three charges and conviction, I think he’d get two years in prison. In this case, maybe the judge could give him house-arrest for four years (limit him to work, grocery-shopping, and med-appointments) and save the government some money.

Now that Arpio is pardoned, make him warden of a prison. Send all ANTIFA thugs arrested there. You do realize the subpoena for all ANTIFA ip’s has been approved sued over and then re-approved don’t you? That means Trump will know who these scum are and well... Joe can house them. The incident took place on Tuesday, during a protest in response to Donald Trump’s arrival in Phoenix, where he was expected to pardon Sheriff Joe Arpaio.”
"“I don’t equate kicking or putting back tear gas canisters as attacking police. I never attacked a police officer,” he said.
The reason why the canister was kicked, according to Cobin, is because he felt that officers were not justified in responding to the protest with gas canisters and pepper balls.
However, officers say that their response was triggered by protesters throwing rocks, bottles, and other objects at them"
