Sheriff Joe Arpaio spoke with Neil Cavuto from FOX Business Network on Wednesday after the Trump rally Tuesday in Phoenix, Arizona.

On Tuesday President Trump hinted he will pardon the former sheriff for charges that stem from “defying a state judge’s order to stop traffic patrols targeting suspected undocumented immigrants.”

The 85 year-old Arpaio is facing possible time in jail.

Sheriff Joe defended and praised his friend President Donald Trump and lashed out at the far left hacks who put him through hell for several years in a political witch hunt.

Simply because he tried to enforce the law. That’s no longer allowed.

A sheriff has a sworn duty, as the highest law enforcement official in a county, to enforce the law, with the primary purpose of protecting the safety and well-being of county residents/citizens.

Joe did just that - and was repeatedly re-elected to said office because he was not afraid to do his job.

A court barfed up an insane anti-law ruling, so Joe found a bit of a way around said ruling so he could continue to do his SWORN duty. So he is convicted by a court of, basically, doing his job.

Our nation has literally lost it’s collective mind.

Alex Jones? Uh.... While Trump did kind of throw out a vague hint with his comment that Sheriff Joe was going to do “just fine”, Alex Jones is no more reliable a source for anything than Rachel MadCow on CNN...

I can hear the MSM now; the Sheriff Joe pardon is a dog whistle to Paul Manafort that everything will be alright, just mum’s the word.

"What They Did to Me They Can Do to Anybody"

He's absolutely right. I worked for NY State, and was told on day one, that if they want to get rid of you, they'll drum up charges to do it. They'll even take out as many other people as are needed, just to get to you.

His job was to enforce the laws.

He did it well, too well for the open borders types.

They got a court to tell him to stop.

He kept enforcing the laws.

So they find him in contempt of court for enforcing the laws.

Fedzilla does not like challenges to its authority.

The Bunkerville trial is another example of Fedzilla getting even.

To prevent him from getting a jury trial, they charged him with a misdemeanor which meant his request for a jury trial could be denied, which it was.

For those who are not aware of the Arpaio case, an Obama appointed judge placed an order on the Maricopa County Sheriff's office to stop enforcing existing laws on enforcement against illegal immigration.

Arpaio correctly maintained he was enforcing the laws on the books and the judge was ordering him to illegally allow illegal aliens to have free run of Arizona.

The judge then filed criminal contempt charges against Arpaio for his refusal to follow her unlawful decision.

Not a Court - a Judge.

Joe was arrested and tried for a misdemeanor so the Judge could - technically - refuse Him (Joe) a jury trial.

The Judge turned down every request for a jury trial, heard the evidence and found Him guilty.

That’s not a ‘Court’ in the way I have known it...(Gramps was a Judge for 37 years, and many of my relatives have been/are lawyers on e a state SC Justice).
