Ryan is no leader. A leader would have had a completed bill to repeal and replace Obamacare on the President’s desk on Inauguration Day. Instead, Ryan and McC were still trying to find a way to get rid of President Trump. R and McC aren’t even embarrassed at their failure.

It’s good to see how completely in sync Ryan is with the philosophy of the left. This same type of argument is used to justify every big government program from Obamacare to Welfare. (i.e. As long as a single person doesn’t have or was unable to attain health insurance, we must have government run health insurance.)
