Ziegler is pretty emphatic about the car having no license plates.
In another video Ziegler says he was just there launching a drone. Hearing that I had to wonder why he was launching a drone and what the drone was supposed to do.
Agree on photos and videos showing the plate, was just questioning everything and showing the discrepancy. Ziegler doesn’t state that it had a rear plate. He says what he says, that the car had no plates. I realize photos show a rear plate.

Apparently, Ohio does require a front plate (a number of states do not). A recent proposal to drop the front plate in order to save money and take away an excuse to hassle-stop minority drivers failed.

Actually had been going back and looking for a picture showing the front of the car before the accident. Thought maybe it appeared in a video. some of the conspiracy videos seem to show better or more extensive footage. Anyway in this non-conspiracy video the car seems to be shown before the incident at the 47 through 59 second mark of the video. Watching this again trying to answer your question I found something new. It looks like. The purple mini van appears at the 2:51 mark, just sitting there parked where it will eventually get hit by the two other cars behind it, the Challengerr knocking the other car into it. The street has very few people on it, compared to later when the incident takes place.

Potential Theory:
Per my prior posts. It’s been established, Gov.Terry, was dropped off by the same copter that crashed by the same troopers who died. And not too long after dropping this deranged liberal nut(see prior mother jones post) off. The Governor must of seen aerial footage of whatever was below him as he sat in this same chopper as it was bringing him in. Right? He arrives at his destination with FULL knowledge of what the Troopers will be shortly recording on their onboard cameras. Full knowledge. He just saw the copter’s video capabilities on his way over, didn’t he?
The copter crashes minutes?? after and kills all the true footage and true witnesses to the staged/untrue Incident?
C’mon folks. Really??

I will stop when I have succinctly submitted all that I think I know to my sources inside “my” conservative circle. Then, it is out of my arena. May take awhile? But...so what? Gonna get ‘er done and perhaps watch a chip or two fall.
2:46-2:51 mark shows the purple minivan before the accident. There is no driver. It is parked on the street, in the middle of the street, but not sticking into the intersection.
4:30 of the video shows the strange green vehicle with yellow seats that I think they bring to the scene of the incident later.
