At 11:22 AM an unlawful assembly was declared per the Washington Post article.
I read that McA declared an emergency in the morning. Originally, I read that it was at 6 am. Maybe that was incorrect.
This states the suspect was in custody at 3:39 PM. None of this seems to line up properly or makes any sense.
Guy in the top right of this picture wearing a dark green shirt looks to me like some actor I have seen before:
In the videos the firemen, wearing red short sleeve shirts are there too fast, and ambulances are way too slow, not arriving or being there when they should. Late arrival of ambulances makes sense only if they are controlling the scene.
Jon Ziegler’s interview where he points out that Unicorn Riot isn’t for paid protestors but is rather a 501 c 3 non-profit. He also states that the car had no license plates:

After the Challenger came in, a guy hits the right side window of the Challenger with some kind of metal hammer and it doesn’t break.
11 second mark of this video the lady in the pink bandana cursing because the car slammed into protestors stops and takes a quick selfie:
At the 29 second mark, the short guy in the blue shirt who is balding, with black hair and dark sunglasses looks familiar for some reason:
This news broadcast claimed the helicopter crashed on the way to the riots:

Sound of the crash is too soon in this video around the 1:43 mark and also the way the car changes speeds between the 1:43 mark and the 1:48 mark isn’t right.
Most of the people at the scene manage not to look at the cameras most of the time. So the ratio of minutes of film footage with lack of getting people’s faces on film is quite amazing. Maybe people were told not to look at the cameras.

What could’ve the chopper occupants seen, or heard, that they shouldn’t’ve ?
There was a helicopter in the video overhead while the riots were taking place.
The news articles conflict on things, so they can’t be solely relied on.
I know there was a helicopter overhead while the riots were going on as it was there in a video. Whether that was the helicopter that crashed or not, I don’t know.
One article says the helicopter crashed Enroute, another article says it crashed leaving. There are probably more discrepancies in the reporting too than evidenced here.
The timeline of events seems to make no sense whatsoever.
There was a helicopter there overhead before the car crash too I believe, that shows in video. So a helicopter may have had footage of the crash.
A guy in one of the videos said the people on the car were posed there. I do not believe he proved that to me.
No way should the side of that pickup appear undamaged in video though after the car scraped its side.
It apparently had no front license plate. There are plenty of photos showing its rear plate.

Brian Moran the officer I believe also tells us a helicopter filmed the car crashing into the people in the linked Washington Post article referring to it as the incident.
