At 28:32 I believe this red haired female Virginia State Trooper gives something possibly the other license plate to a blonde hairedlady who followed behind the bald guy.
28:43 red haired female Virginia State Trooper smiles, I believe she thinks she got away with handing the people who will switch the license plates the GODKPME plates and she thinks no one will notice.

Apparently they have changed this again from not long after my just made observations.

Notice presently at least around the 2:13-2:14 mark one sees a sign in the air by the building that is white and red.
Then presently at least at the 2:16 mark that sign appears higher up and on a different part of the building and looks different reading “Reigns”.
The red, white, and even the black part of the “sign” are consistent with the colors of a helicopter.
Strange, this Faith Goldy video here doesn’t correspond with the other video Faith Goldy posted on YouTube.
The other video one sees the Challenger crash in.
On this one you see Faith Goldy prior to the crash but you never see the silver Challenger.

Instead from 2:37-2:47 you see other things, including a bald man in a green shirt running towards the scene where the accident is supposed to have been.
The parts where she reaches out to the camera right before is the same, and prior to that when the African American woman tells her to get lost because she is Alt-Right.

I called the guy that At least looks like and may be John Kerry’s brother, Fat Producer Guy I think in analyzing the Charlottesville videos.
Amending my comment here. The fat guy in glasses in the picture at 1:35-1:36 mark of the video I linked here shown hugging John Kerry looks like and may be the guy in the Charlottesville video. I think the video here was claiming that a different guy pictured is John Kerry’s brother.
Charlottesville was a coup attempt showing signs from the JFK coup in it.
