I would also like to see a map of the medicare calculations for rates of reimbursement. The entire thing is a sham. Insurers do not take your bp, write your scripts or treat your cancer.. so why does trump and the gop want stabilization fraud funds? The first bill was 50 Billion , the second 70 billion.. I think this dog and pony show was created to move the bailout into the shadows. Bankers and I surers became one entity like taxpayer dollar locusts.

Proponents argue that there was an innocent mistake in the language of the Affordable Care Act (imagine that -- maybe next time they will read the bill before they vote on it) and that these bailout funds were intended to be automatic entitlement payments that would not have to be appropriated annually by Congress.

What is needed is s court case to the Supremes whereby Justice Roberts can "interpret" that innocent mistake into legislative law.

“They claim this is merely a payment to low-income families to help pay for escalating premiums. “

Good. Then give everyone on Obamacare $2,500 and they can use that money to pay for medical treatment. Or not.

If they can keep the billions going to the insurance companies long enough, and they keep escalating year by year, as they will, it will have the effect on the public that they authors of Obamacare planned for all along - why are we paying all those billions for insurance company profits, when for the same $ we can have single payer.

The Medicaid expansion with 0-care has been a big boon mostly for big pharma.

I believe that that Merck or some other big drug company pulled out of Trump’s economic advisory team for some BS PC reason. I hope that this give Trump the impetus to pull the 0-care subsidies.

Trump should just state now that a bailout is DOA. He would be a fool to sign a bill like this, but I don't think he is a fool.
