Late last night new motions from the federal government proscution led by Acting US Attorney Steven Myhre, praised last month by Jeff Sessions for his "leadership" in this case.
Motions including a ban any defendant from testifying on his own behalf and to censor any closing arguments by defense attorneys.
The judge (Gloria Navarro) has consistently sided with the prosecution and is banning the defendants from testifying in their own defense.
Monitor "JGrady" account on You Tube for more reports.
Prior to this, she banned all defense witnesses in the case where the prosecution is said to have used 30.
They’ll just get another hung jury.

John Lamb is now reporting in a video that after much haggling in the courtroom and intimidation to censor his testimony, defendant Scott Drexler may get to take the stand.
The jury is expected back in the courtroom.

Also in the Lamb video report at link, defense attorneys are being threatened with sanction by the judge if they say the wrong thing during closing arguments and some of them want to consult attorneys themselves.
But Judge Navarro refuses to grant them that right.
The jury was kept away from the “hearings” being held during the day where this was discussed.
I hope Trump pardons them and removes the black-robed tyrant.
I have followed this case, a little. Not sure i understand it. I do understand the Law. this Judge is throwing her bias right into the publics face. she is daring anyone to oppose her. therefore she is a Liberal. I have never heard of Defendants not allowed to testify in their own behalf. I know the opposite is true. The judge always makes sure a defendant knows the have the right to testify and/or not testify. No witnesses allowed? never heard of this in my 38 years in LE.
Tired of all this BS. They admitted taking up arms against and pointing guns at law enforcement officials, defending the Bundy theives. Even boasted of it. Actions have consequences. And what would they say in speaking on their behalf anyway, yes or now to those facts, right? Nothing else is relevant.
A Trump pardon. Will NEVER happen. He’s already spoken out about this and the Hammonds back during the campaign.
No, find another source to read about this. They can bring witnesses relevant to the charges, they can speak to the charges. What they cannot do is ramble off into other topics. Maybe they can bring that up as mitigation during sentencing but not now. Nothing surprising here really. But again, the biased reported is very, very incomplete and misleading. Tiring and pathetic. (And, yes, I’m poking a stick into an ant hill as I am tired of hearing BS about the Hammond poachers and Bundy thieves and their misguided supporters and armed insurrectionists.)
