I believe in ‘’ the power behind the throne’’ as the saying goes. I’m speculating that those fat cats standing behind Chubby with the chests full of medals and the big hats are thinking to themselves “I have a nice apartment in Pyongyang, I eat good, my wife and kids eat good and shop in the elite stores.
