There is now evidence of collusion between the DOJ and FBI. The FBI broke the law by lying about document not being located.

Neither the FBI nor the DOJ can investigate this without having a conflict of interest. Not sure how a special counsel or prosecutor could be appointed and investigate without the support of these two agencies. Especially since this involved the highest levels of not only the agencies, but the US GVT.

So true and so sad at the same time. We are supposed to be the good guys; why can't our representatives in government act like it and do the right thing. Indict, prosecute, and let a court of law decide innocence or not.

Of course getting a good non partial/biased jury from DC would be nearly impossible so they would need to be tried elsewhere. Gitmo sounds good to me. ;)
