HA - WE don't get the 'pork' we get the damn crumbs.

Look at Washington DC - and the burbs surrounding it... MOST of the wealthiest ZIP codes in the country are clustered around Washington DC.

These slugs know how to take care of themselves. Congress READS THE BILLS THAT AFFECT THEIR ABILITY TO KEEP THEIR SEATS SAFE FROM THOSE WHO MIGHT WANT TO RUN AGAINST THEM. It's why it's almost hopeless to run against an incumbent. They've stacked the deck in their own favor.

AND THEY PAY THEMSELVES WELL. CONGRESS LIVES OFF THE FAT OF THE LAND. We get crappy crumbs. So please - it's NOT PORK - it's damn meager crumbs.

Seems like poisoning the swamp might be the answer. Then you drain it, and wait for the new water to run in.
