More leakers remain, for sure.

Just McMaster and Powell for starters. But also the folks McMaster has brought in to the NSC. There are loads of lower level, holdover leakers in every department too.

The Trump admin is a sieve.

While I appreciate Scaramucci’s role in ridding the White House of Priebus, the most believable reason for his firing is that he proved himself to be unsuitable for being in charge of communication strategy and operations for Trump. His interview with the New Yorker showed that he did not understand that “off the record” treatment is only available for approved “deep state” lackeys. Once the content of that interview was published his exit from the White House was required - thankfully only after Priebus was gone.

Yes, the Mooch served his purpose as the classic "hatchet man" that does the dirty work, draws the ire, then is replaced by the "good guy".

No hatred for the replacement.

Business 101.

Mooch thought he was off the record with Lizza. That’s called leaking.

Mooch supported a liberal ideology. He was victimized by his own people.

It’s a good thing he imploded when he did. Trump brought the Fox into the henhouse and this could have gotten really really ugly.

Bottom line......Kelly is light years better the Priebus and becomes the lightening rod for the whole West Wing. Finally a direct line of communication which is what has plagued Trump from day one. It all started when the bozo Chris Christie was put in charge of the transition team.

The leaker was Priebus. Notice there are no more leaks and his resignation didn’t leak either?

If I had to guess...

I’d say EVERY Obama political appointee, as well as EVERY establishment flack that has been included for coalition purposes, is probably either already leaking or thinking about it.

If we hang them all pre-emptively...

Was Scaramuchi fired for his foul language or because he was going to really clean up the swamp?

There's been at least one "inside the WH" leak since Priebus and Spicer left, but the leak refers to events before they left.

I'm referring to the "Trump dictated DJT Jr's first statement" relating to the Goldstone/Natalia meeting.

I would consider both Priebus and Spicer as suspects. I doubt they would be the only ones with knowledge.

Really kelly had given his life of service and his son to this country the man is the dripping with honor. That a button down marine doesn’t want to put up with loose cannon isn’t surprising. What has mooch done for the country that raises your esteem so highly? Getting prebuis - ? Conversely what has general kelly done so wrong and makes him duplicitous?

I trust Kelly just fine in a post like National Security, but not as Chief of Staff.

Scaramucci made gaffe early on that I did not think was beyond the point of recovery. Weaknesses often translate into parallel strengths. Trump is exhibit A in that regard. The very qualities that get him into trouble are also what led to his victory. Trump is honest “to a fault” for example — but oh how refreshing is that honesty!

The media and party establishment’s responses of desperation attest to just how effective a leader, fighter, communicator, and negotiator Trump has already proven himself to be! The border wall hasnt even been constructed yet for example, and already illegal immigration is down tenfold simply due to the sheer force of Trump’s authority and the atmosphere shift into law and order which took place when he stepped into power.

Having lived abroad in Russia, I especially appreciate Trump’s no-nonsense, international business-deal making style and how it translates in other cultures — it is the only way to both work with and put people like Putin in their place!

Scaramucci impressed me in his first press conferences and has the right qualities to win the games the media wants to play amd also re-write the rules of how communication is conducted.

I also think Trump is in desperate need of personal loyalty in his inner circle — and while Kelly may have all the right objective qualifications, I don’t see him as someone who has the President’s back. Kelly will cater to the rules already in place. Not change the game of the way White House affairs are conducted. He will conform the establishment. We need game changers.

According to DrudgeReport this, there are more leaks galore as of the morning.
