There are rumblings Attorney General Sessions will take a lateral move
We received word on this at Gateway Pundit earlier today.
“ As hot Beltway rumors go, this one is extra spicy, but doesn’t appear to have very much meat on the bone. It started with an anonymously sourced story from Politico which claimed “department staffers” were suggesting that Jeff Sessions might be moved over from the Attorney General slot to replace departing General John Kelly at Homeland Security. Given all the scrutiny Sessions has been under, paired with conservative pushback against the idea of his being fired, it’s easy to see how this might look tempting to President Trump… at least in theory. Fox News runs down the potential scenario which could play out.

Dana Perino, the former White House press secretary under George W. Bush, argued such an arrangement could placate conservatives who would be outraged if Sessions was ousted from the administration.
Lindsey Graham (R-SC) expressed his disapproval over the idea that Sessions may move to the DHS in a series of tweets. In his first tweet he said, “AG Jeff Sessions has a good ring to it. Highly qualified, committed to the rule of law, tough on crime, and fiercely independent.”

Even worse Jeff Session caved and recused under pressure from that puke Al Franken. Al Franken was one of the Senate ringleaders of this effort, who were pressuring Session to recuse on Russia if he wanted a smooth Senate approval.
Still, it would beat being an unemployed Senator.
Does anybody as “conservative” as Lindsey Graham care about anything he has to say?
Yeah, yeah, I’m sure YOU could have done much better. Senator Sessions is not a plutz. He knows what he is doing. He takes his orders fro the WH. How do YOU know he did not have, maybe the I just quit Chief of Staff, or someone like him, gave Jeff the orders. Do YOU know? I don’t and I KNOW you DON’T! So, you take your great knowledge of it and I will support MY Senator Jeff Sessions. He did an outstanding job in the Senate full of RINOs, led by RINOs, so I will go with him.
Didn’t say WE WOULD VOTE FOR THOSE NAMES. We just won’t vote for either of them. I did not and will never vote for the slug Romney for anything, not even dog catcher. So, I skipped voting for him. The FIRST TIME in all my years of life voting that I did not vote for president. I always voted for who would be my next commander in chief. But, I did not vote for Rummy Plutz. So, we don’t have to vote for anyone. I would never vote for a leftist, commie, homo loving, slime ball bunch of dims. But we don’t have to vote for someone who kicks ours to the curb. So, vote for who you want, and we will vote for whom we want to, or not vote at all.
