Why Was Wife of DWS’s Swindler Staffer Allowed to Leave the Country?
National Review ^ | 7/26/17 | Andrew C. McCarthy

**SNIP**

Hina had also been on the House payroll.

I want to draw attention to a detail about her apparent flight. According to the aforementioned complaint, agents of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) found $12,400 in cash when they searched her belongings. Yet, “ALVI was permitted to board the flight to Qatar and she and her daughters have not returned to the United States.” Her husband, Awan, appeared to be headed to join her when he was arrested yesterday.

Why was Hina Alvi permitted to leave? Why was she not arrested?

Under federal law, a person may carry as much cash in or out of the U.S. as she wishes. There are, however, reporting requirements. A Report of International Transportation of Currency or Monetary Instruments must be completed and filed with CBP if the amount of currency being removed from the country exceeds $10,000. An effort to smuggle out such an amount of cash without completing the report form is a felony, punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment. If it is done in conjunction with some other crime (e.g., fraud), or as part of a pattern of illegal activity, the penalty is up to ten years’ imprisonment.

I’ve seen this question twice now this weekend.

I have a simple explanation. I believe the 10k limit is per person, not per family. She could simply hand 3k to the oldest child and they would both be below the limit.

The more you examine the Paki/infiltration, the more you sense that D/W/S did not act alone on this.......but that fact does not exonerate her treasonous activity. This gal is super-ambitious. D/W/S actually has a spreadsheet of "people who owe her"....people she did favors for.

D/W/S was especially keen on getting into the good graces of the half-caste Royal Idiot b/c it suited her crass self-serving ambitions.

Most revaling...... on the surface it seemed like the half/caste kept shrugging her off.....as she pursued him w/ a vengeance. Distilling the info, one concludes, D/W/S was a willing "doer of tasks," but the Royal Idiot had to give the appearance that they were not connected.

The Pakis could not have (A) gotten security clearance, (B) gargantuan salaries, and, (C) visas (said to be WH visas) while under criminal investigation. They had to have some pretty high-level help. There are very high level people involved in this.

The grotesque salaries are another red flag.....could be the way D/W/S and Hill Democrats got paid off for their silence........via campaign contributions, kickbacks, wire-transfers, and the like.

Same reason Mateen’s wife was. Islamic female who could be turned against the FBI by the right prosecutor.

Instructions widely available indicate the $10k limit is cumulative.

https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/195/kw/$10000%20cash%20limit/session/L3RpbWUvMTUwMTQyMTM2MS9zaWQvSFhrZHdVb24=

...Please be aware, if persons/family members traveling together have more than $10,000, they cannot divide the currency between each other to avoid declaring the currency...

She was just a little faster than law enforcement. Just a step ahead.

Why?

“The FinCEN 105 can be obtained prior to traveling or when going through CBP. If assistance is required, a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Officer can help with filling out the form.”

The law is not that you can’t take more than $10K with you, it’s just that you have to declare it and fill out a form.

She did. That’s why we know how much she had, duh.

If this story explodes, the DNC will have to hire more hit men. Every Congressman on August leave should be asked why Pakistani Muslim Brotherhood supporters were hired by Democrats in Congress to handle top secret information on their servers.
Tell them if they “haven’t heard about it”, they are too uninformed to be reelected. This is the worst breach of national security in our history, and it was paid for by Democrats with our tax money. They better have a better answer than “the FBI is looking into it,” because no trusts the FBI after Comey’s stunts.

At a financial institution, and I presume at airports, there’s a 5K presumptive trigger for multiple transactions (so you can’t avoid a 10K limit by say coming in one day and putting in $9999, same the next, etc). Structuring transactions to avoid reporting is a crime in and of itself. FBI should charge and extradite her.

Apparently, readers here didn’t go to the article. She did NOT declare the $12,400 or hand it to her oldest child. The TSA agents found it as they searched her bags. What would have happened to you had you done this? You definitely wouldn’t have been allowed to fly off to Pakistan! This smells to high heaven.

There’s getting to be a real pattern with this fleeing Muzzy wife business:

the pulse wife shooter was assumed to have fled to the occupied territories or Gaza, or maybe Iran.

FALSE:

she was living quite openly in San Francisco during the time that people were beseeching the FBI to find her.

they could have found her quite easily. this is getting very suspicious.

If you want to flee the FBI apparently you just turn into a messy wife and then, Presto..!

you’re invisible or extremely slippery.

The Yemen raid. Our boys - and CINC - knew the op was likely compromised going in, but the intel value was worth it to them.

CINC will be personally causing unimaginable pain to anyone connected to blowing that raid with leaks/espionage.

Beautiful....deserves a repeat.....must be megaphoned across the nation.

(HAT TIP TXREFUGEE) Every Congressman should be asked why Pakistani Muslim Brotherhood supporters were hired as IT specialists by elected Democrats in Congress to handle top secret information on their govt-issue servers. Democrats better have a good answer, better than “the FBI is looking into it,” because no one trusts the FBI after Comey’s stunts.

This is the worst breach of national security in American history, and it was paid for by Democrats with our tax dollars. If Democrats say, "they haven’t heard about it,” they should be told they are too uninformed to be reelected as representatives of we, the people.
