Yeah people are kind for the most part. I have seen numerous instances of people paying for the person ahead of them in line. And I have done it a few times.
It's awesome...and Walmart employees here in northern Michigan are beyond incredible btw.

When I was a kid of 20...there is no way I could have given a stranger $60 (or the equivalent in 1980 dollars.)
To: Kaslin
I was just trying to bless someone and make their day and it turned into something incredible, he said. This is what God does. He puts people in the right place at the right time and sometimes he uses the most unlikely people to do incredible things.
$60 was likely most/all that young man's daily wages at Wal-Mart. It was not a small sacrifice on his part yet the blessings he's going to get for doing God's will are going to be immeasurable.
I wish I had that young man's heart for God.

Nice story but good people need to be aware this can be and is a common scam in many areas. Situational awareness is key.

Yes, God’s voice. Our nation’s problem is that so many stopped hearing that voice. And, by the way, being cynical is cool when you are 12.

Back when we were a Judeo-Christian nation, the country used to be full of young men like that. Now we have “yutes” streaming their crimes live on Facebook. The young man in this story is a throwback to a better time.

I don't know why, but when I read the words, "Pay for this" I teared up.

The young man in this story is a throwback to a better time. You are correct. But I pray he is the future of this once great nation.

In about 55 days, a lot of us are going to hear His voice say: “Come up here!” If you miss that, it is going to be a rough seven years for you.

One of the worst things to happen in this country is welfare/food stamps. Just about everyone who needs help actually gets help from the government, taking away our chances to help the truly needy. It is only when that system fails that we have an opportunity to help someone in need.
I believe that we are blessed and are storing up treasure in Heaven when we help the needy. When the government takes our tax dollars to give to the same needy that we would help, they are STEALING OUR ETERNAL REWARD for the sake of a few votes.
