Andrea Parker (at :12)...He is a Park Service employee that was driving from Las Vegas. He was on a vacation...He was driving on the road when this happened. He stopped. He took pictures of people on the bridge.
Andrea Parker (at 1:00)...we find out in the courtroom that it does not have to be a law enforcement to see and perceive a threat for it to be a crime so they're using this gentleman as a person who sees Eric Parker pointing his weapon and saying that he is the one that perceives this crime and him perceiving that crime is Eric threatening law enforcement. This gentlemen's not law enforcement.....Rules are changing up in the courtroom.
In cross examination (Jess) Marchese did a wonderful job. He went in and brought all the pictures. There's maybe eight pictures.....in chronological order. He talked about the protestors at the gate. He talked about the man on the bridge...that's Eric. He pointed multiple times to the picture and the fact that his finger is not on the trigger......
(Andrea Parker at 2:25) .....Then we get (Richard) Tanasi 'You testified you were in fear of law enforcement officers'. He talked about how he met with the FBI, but he did tell them that he was in fear of the law enforcement officers.
This was objected to because once again it wasn't a report he wrote himself, it was report the FBI wrote and they can't judge the question wasn't asked.....
Andrea Parker (at 2:50) He met with the US Attorney's Office three times and the FBI four times....

Eric Parker, Steven Stewart, Scott Drexler and Ricky Lovelien are four of the "Bunkerville 19" charged in connection with the April 12, 2014 standoff near Bundy Ranch in Nevada.
In the video Andrea Parker reports on the testimony of a vacationing Park Service employee who was saying things he did not originally say to the FBI when he saw the protest going on during his vacation.
The video report suggests that the FBI altered what the man originally told them to paint a sinister picture of the defendants.
Is this the trial where Jeff “Do Nothing” Sessions applauded the Federal prosecution?
Sessions is a disaster of astronomical proportions.
This trial is a sham.
Anything to do with justice in the country is a sham.
Just look at who is walking FREE after the crimes they have committed against the People and the Country and then look at who they lock up and convict. I think everyone will agree.
We need a RAMPAGE
