Former Vice President Joe Biden deflected questions from Katie Couric about his 2020 ambitions at OZY Fest on Saturday, saying his current focus is working toward electing a Democratic Congress in 2018.
Biden introduced his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, who was one of several speakers at the event Saturday in New York City. Biden was later spotted in the audience, watching while his wife Dr. Jill Biden was interviewed by Katie Couric.

Anyone ever notice that whenever Jill Biden is mention, especially by Joe, that it’s always “Dr. Jill Biden”. It is so forced that it’s just weird. She is not a medical doctor. She has a PhD., like a million other people. Just look at second sentence of this excerpt. Weird. We get it, Jill Biden has a PhD. Sheesh.
